Saulo would have been an easier punt if they didnt suggest Paps would only miss a week on the original TLT. I think thats why most didnt bother

    It appears to be 220k

Miller - bad team although slapsie runs dont matter. Unlikely to go big but possibly consistent enough high 30s avg. Run of games to come isnt the worst for junk time tbs

Walsh - was going to be my first picked if not for injury. Huge year for him imo. That may or may not translate to fantasy though and without kick metres or goal kicking he can still have a great game and score 35 due to the style of footballer he is.

looks like they forgot to update that from last year where base was 220k. There were one or two guys who dropped to 220k last week (AKP) where should have gone lower if no base was in place

Im trading Cheese out but will keep an eye out to see what his price bottoms out at. You'd assume he and the Roosters will fire at some stage. Plus I seem to use at least 2 trades on Smith every year

I have never seen the attraction of bench mids as cash cows, they are very slow burns usually.

Much better to go for the Carty/Preston/Chee Kam's of the game no? More likely to get some additional attacking stats I would presume.

That being said I did not listen to my own advice and am stuck with F Pele Razz

I agree with this plan normally and as mentioned the Papalii scare it's annoying because I'd still jump on him at his price.

I doubt he does but seeing as he’s named I’ll hold him for now, definitely on the chopping block when his bye round comes (think it’s 5 from memory)

Who was that guy that stunk Rd 1 and got thrown under bus by coach? Oh yeah Garner

need to bring in a Center this week and can get anyone except Manu.

Mainly looking at Holmes v Bird.

Holmes with back to back 42s. The goals adding to his floor and has only had 1 TA as his attacking stats and he is playing 80 minute.

Bird on the other hand had to go a 1.1 ppm due to his limited minutes. Probably has the higher upside but it also seems like he could put up 30 in 50 minutes.

    TU: Holmes
    TD: Bird

Can bring him back when he has bottomed out, getting 80 minutes at HOK, without Turpin on the bench.... may mean he never comes back, but so be it.

Tossing up the exact same decision myself, for the same reasons too. The extra $100k will be very useful next week.

First two games I've kept an eye on Miller and he's made me nervous not owning him just because of his slapsies. He'll go large at some point - 43 & 32 with no tries, assists or even offloads...

    I'm on the fence.

My other issue is, to get walsh, it has to be Boyd to go.

To get Miller, i can punt CNK.

Would prefer to keep Boyd even though Ive got no confidence in him.

Walsh has to play like that every week and Broncos to dominate every game, for him to hit keeper status without goal kicking and kick meters. I can't see that happening. Tops out in the 40s as an average. Good value still at current price point, great to watch, but not a top tier fantasy prospect without the extra 7 points a week.

Think Holmes is a sell over Origin - Cowboys Origin players have a horrendous schedule over Origin where they would miss 13 (Origin), 15 (bye), 16 (Origin), 19 (Origin) + 2 rounds of Origin turnarounds (meaning R18 is the only unaffected round)

Therefore not sure Holmes is a legitimate keeper (as in keep for rest of season, no doubts on producing good enough scoring)

Ah really. It's CNK out for me either way which simplifies it.

What's your hooker situation if you bin Boyd?
