If Douehi is out, I will get to see the scores, then choose which I want.

For example, if happy with the score from Katoa at 20, I can take it, or set up May as 18th man, then see his score and can choose to take that instead.

If Katoa bombs, I play Boyd at 19.

    I play Warbrick at 21.

I now have all the scores and can choose which I want, by trading in either Walsh to get his score instead of Warbrick, or trade in Reynolds and get the Warbrick score over Boyd / Katoa.

Alternatively, if May bombs in the 3rd game of the round, I can adjust to avoid that score instead.

Katoa scoring 20, Boyd scoring 19 and Warbrick scoring 21 all sound very plausible - I can agree on all of these estimations Laughing

Do people think its worth jumping on Chee Kam or S.Mitchell?

Im 9k short of Talau to Preston so looking at Boyd to one of the Rabbitohs for some quick cash generation.

The alternative is to pay up for Hammer who at this price would likely have to be a keeper but is the cover I need losing Talau.

Idea of the Rabbitohs is to dump them in a few weeks and then bring in a Centre like Holmes

Lots of teams are late to the party, with Carty the 8th most traded in so far this week.

Wait an hour for team lists, all will be revealed, but suggest that Preston is a must have this week, so find a way to get him in.

Another score like last week and he will gain $90k.

Legit question (for everyone, not just Matt) - do you reckon it's late to the party, or too late to the party? Was thinking too late, but not a considered opinion

I think Arthur should realise he has the hardest opening draw and Matto missing, a rookie EDG, so 'shouldn't' panic.

But you never know. I tend to agree your Capt choice should be a rock solid 60+ pointer. Haas fits that bill.

I can’t see Boyd being dropped. The titans are 1 from 2 and he was pretty good the first week. If they lose again different story

It's Holbrook though. Let's play DFifita in the CTRs randomly..

Sexton's waiting in the wings afaik.

I'll answer even though I think people are probably tired of my opinion on it.

Personal opinion, I think he'll hang around until Lane is back, another 4 or so rounds. Matto play as a bench mid. Though it comes with the Carty disclaimer that anything can happen at any given time. I brought him in last week so I am bias towards it working out. Originally didn't think he'd last 80 mins in round 1

    Quick analysis for 2 scenarios:

    1. Starts this week for a 50, the next 2 weeks off the bench for 30, with Matterson also playing some MID to give Hopgood a rest.
Gains $70k this week, still has a negative BE the following week, gaining approx $40k, then $20k.
Net gain of quick cash for 3 weeks of $130k - decent!

    2. Keeps his starting spot until round 6-8 - add another $150-200k to the price rises and good scoring for cheap.

Depends on the alternative buy in instead, but would suggest that he is a buy this week still. I would rate scenario 2 as 80%+ likely for huge upside and scenario 1 as a not bad worst case situation.

Sexton didn’t exactly light it up for the seagulls 2 TAs but bombed several other chances

Question for the Cleary sellers. What R2 score would have convinced you to hold him through the bye?

Seriously, probably not going to sell him unless circumstances dictate and they haven't dictated quite yet. Team lists to come....
