Didn’t say he would be a fantasy gun…..but I did watch the game……….and it was exciting. He will no doubt have some shockers, but he looked the goods and I can see why people are considering trading him in. I had him pre-season but moved him on when he missed Round 1.
Not sure I’ll get him in but if any spuds put their hand up this weekend it might happen. As a Bronco fan not sure I want to watch that every week and not have him in my side.

He kinda has to be a gun to justify the trade in though. He'll be 558k this week according to MTBs site. So if you're trading him in this week, to get his 150k of value he'd have to end up at 708k, which would put him right in the WFB gun conversation.

Yeah I can understand that philosophy. But I don’t really follow the rules too closely (probs why I’m a spud), but can see why peeps are keen. If I get him in it won’t be for the $150k, it will be for the enjoyment and deal with the inevitable consequences later.

Edit: I’ve already paid significantly more for Teddy and Trbo and we know how that’s going! Might as well finish the collection.

He's got every chance to end up in the top 3-4 scorers at WFB for the season, so it doesn't really matter how much cash he makes.

Supposed to be playing a pickleball comp this afternoon but the weather isn't looking great. Sort of hope it gets cancelled so I can settle in for the footy.

Fair enough mate, can't argue with that, good way to play the game.

Yeah but not every trade in is going to be a cash cow targeting the $150k gain though, it's all about balance with scoring points as well. I don't think anyone would be getting him on the basis that they expect him to make $150k then sell him.

If you're playing two cheap WFBs every week, which some people are, you might be making cash but you could easily be leaving a decent amount of points out there every week. You don't want to only chase cash while your teams scoring suffers substantially.

You could argue that for $80k more than Walsh is going to be, Turbo could well be worth paying that bit extra for, but 2021 aside the stats suggest Turbo could end up closer to Walsh than his gun status makes it seem.

Our courts are outside, but yes it's pretty fun. I mainly play tennis but pickleball is very easy to pick up and you can have pretty good rallies if everyone is evenly matched

If Dylan Edwards didn't exist Kennedy would be the most under rated fullback in the comp.

Organises a defensive line well, good positioning and creative enough to set up his outside team mates. Not quite quick enough to be a top tier fullback but chooses the right option.

Sits firmly in the middle of my fullback tier list

    Tier 1
    Teddy, Turbo, Papy, Latrell, Ponga

    Tier 2
    Edwards, Brimson, Gutho

    Tier 3
    Drinkwater, Kennedy

    Tier 4
    Laurie, CNK, Savage

    Tier 5
    Hammer, Miller, Ramsay, Sloan, Perham

Great list only part I seriously disagree with is that Edwards is underrated. He was, but since finals last years everyone has called him underrated. And once everyone thinks you’re underrated you’re at least rated and possibly overrated

Yeah at that price you're not trading in to make 150k, You're trading him in because you believe he's a cut price keeper. My opinion on that: NFI.
