Had a terrible start to the year.

    The bad: Hodgson, ITT, Cleary
    The good: Hopgood, Haas, Cartwright

We talking about the drinkwater tackle?

I honestly didnt think it was that bad. Like yes he made contact with the head but it wasnt a traditional shoulder charge imo.

Agree with alexander he kind of shit himself when oates changed angle

Same as me mate minus Doueihi. Early days. Demerits killing Hodgson today

Add Moses to the good pile though. Stoked with his score today

Reyno would have a huge say in what goes on at training, I have no doubt about that.

Think there would be real merit in trading out Cleary next week

He wasn't really a 'value' pick, more so a set (c) choice. But with HopGOD on the up and Cleary affected with the loss of Api's service (seemingly) it wouldn't be a bad idea....

Don't trade keepers etc. but it should be a healthy debate

Mattnz 5 steps ahead of us all though

(c)269 from 4, not too bad considering the failed Cleary captaincy, looking like I'll have a stacked WFB next week cuz it will be difficult to find reasons not to put Walsh alongside Ponga and Turbo.

When Trindall finishes his run, Ponga might end up in my halves

370/6(C). Doesn't feel bad given Cleary's score but my only guys over 700k have played (Cleary, Haas, Robson, Koloamatangi). My cheap backs and midprice madness to come - could be anything.

    Ponga, I need you mate.

Hopggod is a great captaincy choice until Matterson comes back, when things become less clear.

May well go with the connoisseurs choice of Cleary to DCE. Few better things in fantasy than owning both Turbo and DCE when Manly are firing.

Will probably have enough bank to go Trindall to Walsh (if Hynes back) but can't help feeling there's more long-term value in jumping on a top coin goat instead (BMM if he goes 40+). We're only half way through round though.

yep one week as POD is all you get at that price,

ive been banging his drum, but he did everything i expected, his pace, inventiveness, skill and importantly his desire to back himself and be attacking is what stands out,

with a supporting cast he should continue to flourish

he did actually defend pretty well and was involved plenty
