Garner getting CTR dual has me interested. Long-term average in the second row is 46.6 (filtering for 40+ minute games). Could match Aitken for 200k cheaper & play round 17.

Obvious risk is Madge mixing things up again and bringing Tuilagi back.

I may be misremembering, but pretty sure benchwankery refers to putting 4 green dots in your 18-21 and watching your score and rank rise when they're all added in after the final game.

Someone correct me if I've got that mixed up.

You are correct …. that is your standard or classic benchwankery

Haha! Jokes on you! I sold Ilias and I still have Billy Walters as a back up half!

I have Yeo too and hes going nowhere in my team.
One of my most reliable scorers and reckon there's a chance he backs up as long as he's not too knocked around in Game 1

I’m doing Ilias to Tohu and Hastings to RFM. I’ll move Aitken to centre which pushes Burton to me 14-17 for cover. Plan is to get Moses next week so I’ll have Cleary, Moses, Hynes and Burton that can play halves.

Fantasy wish thinking. Coaches don't care about fantasy. Why would Gamble get dropped after Broncos 6 wins straight?

After trades this week I’ll be running this for R14 (minus the Ilias to RFM trade).
Assuming Ponga and Cleary don’t backup but Nanai does

    Starling
    McInnes, Harris, Lolo
    Butcher, Fermor
    Hastings, Sexton
    Burton, Penisini
    Hynes, Walsh, Kiraz

    Clark, King, Nanai, Ilias
    Cleary, Ponga, Lee, Smith

So that’s everywhere covered except for CTR, unless Billy gets another run with Tupou/Teddy getting a rest

Yeah surprised the hell out of me. First a double episode, and now the Wednesday release. I guess with streaming and ad-free, it doesn't really affect their bottom-line to release shit whenever and people are gonna watch it.

    A bitch for spoilers though.

There so much debate about Hastings on Discord and a little bit here. I'm selling. 123k banked tyvm. Talk of top 5 half and 95 touches per game. That's why I bought when 500k. Didn't he have 95 touches for 21pts game? Run metres weren't down that much. Kick metres down a lot. Massive BE and what if just plays distributor role for several games? This obviously playing on my mind a lot but I think best play is to bank the profit and move on

I agree, only reason I'm not doing the trade this week is that I need a hooker next week so I'm holding him for Mahoney. if Cotter backs up and Papy returns, then I'll get Papy instead

Funny thing is if Hastings was rested last game like I think he should've been I probably wouldn't sell. That said I didn't know about the foot thing being nerve related. That makes me nervous holding

At the start of the year Savage vs RFM? would've been viewed as a stupid question.

    I suspect it still is.

If Lolo is a late out gonna have to consider trading him out potentially..... either that or ride it out.

What is everyone general consensus if Lolo is out?

After reading a couple of the team-tracker feeds, decided I should try to come up with a plan to get the final 17 on my wishlist.
Currently have 11 keepers (Angus, Cotter, Nanai, I.Pap, Cleary, Moses, Burton, Tohu, Robson, Lolo) yes, I realise some of these are sub-ultra-guns, but beggars can't be choosers.
To get to my final Fantasy 17, I want to pick up:
Haas, Cook (or Grant), Aitken, Teddy, Pappy and Murray.
This will cost, at current values, a cool $4.805 mill.
With the 12 trades I have remaining, and the players I have to sell, they can be sold for a grand total of $4.781 mill. And to get the uber-guns wanted, I'll need to pick up base price nufties ($220k each).
Long story short... the Bludgers are stuffed in 2022.
    Bog-average world here we come.
    lol!
