Talakai was a good trade, just not this week. I admit I was tempted a few times this week but held out and it worked out....for now.

Playing indoor tonight but saw the last 20 minutes on a screen at the centre with the sound down…..looks like NRL coaches watch what happened in opponents previous games and develop a game plan based on that…who would have thunk. Will enjoy going back to read the last 50? Pages…guess everyone was magnanimous again right?

McInnes 61 in 73 minutes is tasty. Is that the CM13 we've been waiting for, or reckon the minutes are an outlier with no Finucane?

Kevvie,.staggs & Reynolds just ended Talakai.

Rush up on the edge get in his face and he has got nothing. Will be a blueprint for teams moving forward.

Any normal centre would have scored that try at the end but because he is too slow he got chased down and held up. 

Also Wade Graham is cooked. Sharks would be better off if he retired and left Wilton in his place.

Graham is going to be nice and cheap in a couple of weeks too. One for the watchlist for sure.

Hard to say hey.

They also had Graham play 24 mins off the bench on left edge, not an interchnage that would regularly happen, guessing he starts playing 80 pretty quickly (ie in normal roations thatd be a middle forward)

We’ve got the toughest effort of 2022 - Chanel Harris Tavita played 45 minutes after rupturing his testicle in this tackle. Has since required surgery, will require 3-4 weeks recovery. Pain obviously off the charts - thankfully early treatment = minimal risk of complications

The latter seems more likely.

I remember this AC joint injuring popping up a few times in recent years, but anything more than just remembering it's happened, my memory is shithouse.

Just doing a bit of googling - is it generally a wait and see type of injury? Seems it needs time to heal, but in footy terms, how long are dudes usually out with it? Sounds like anywhere from a week to six weeks for it to heal properly, depending on severity.

Whatever the case, seems Haas will be missing at least a week or two, so wondering if it's worth using this week's trades to prepare for decent MID cover?
