While we wait for lists, here's my official FB TRADE VALUES for 2022

This is like if it was US Sports and you're looking at whether clubs would straight up swap FBs in a trade.

So, for example, Reece Walsh is young and cheap and sexy with lots of upside, I think the Eels would swap the older and less gifted Isaako Gutho for him. The Knights probably wouldn't swap Ponga but might seriously think about, so that's a close rank. And the Sea Eagles would laugh in the faces of the Warriors and then watch Turbo score 3 tries and 4 TAs running over the poor kid.

So the main things are current ability, future ability, and salary is also a factor*

*noting lack of reliable info, but we can assume Sloan for Edwards also gives you a stack of extra cap to play with

Pretty set on the top 7 then it's a bit of a crapshoot except for 16 which is 100% locked.

    1. Turbo
    2. Teddy
    3. Ponga
    4. Walsh
    5. Mitchell
    6. Papy
    7. Gutho
    8. Sloan
    9. HTF
    10. Edwards
    11. CNK
    12. Kennedy
    13. Laurie
    14. Campbell

    I'd say Amone first.

Ilias could eventually get a higher base once Souths get into gear. They were about 50% completion on the weekend, so even finishing sets gets him some extra kicking metres. Then if they actually click in attack, there might be some more. Could see him getting to 30-35 avg, eventually. But it'll be a slow burn.

Amone costs more and is going to be heavily contingent on non-base attacking stats, and from what I've seen so far he's not anywhere near the front of the queue to get them the way the Dragons are setup.

On Ilias, Bunnies only kicked for 246m on the weekend.

Only 3 other teams kicked for under 400m: Raiders (281), Tigers (339), and Cowboys (371).

Have to think kicking for so few metres will be an outlier, which should help his base.

He's pretty good in attack, but there is also the turnstile defence, poor decision making and cutout balls to row 5 that will come along.

Basically the only FBs I think are potentially worse than him right now have also been in the top grade a lot less time.

Bunnies always seem to rise to the occasion against us. I imagine they'll be much better this week than the last 2 rounds.

I dumped Kodi in NearlySport for R Jennings. I blame Mitch Kenny and Rabs for this!

Hastings had pleaded guilty but is contesting the grading at the judiciary. If successful, will only get $1k fine instead of 2 weeks. Massive difference IMO between a 1k fine and 2 weeks off.

That's because maths jokes are funny!

An infinite number of mathematicians walk into a bar.
The first orders a beer, the second orders half a beer, the third orders a quarter of a beer, and so on.
After the seventh order, the bartender pours two beers and says, "You blokes ought to know your limits."
