Yeah it’s like Storm/Panthers easy top two

Roosters if they didn’t have a gajillion injuries would be up there - them being in the contest for 4th instead of 4th last is crazy, look at some of the nobodies they are having the play on the bench. Plus Dale Copley!

Wilton plays 60 minutes hopefully to get warm for some heavy usage in the last fortnight 😂

Looking at your team in the FOG you should be able to choose which one you want after they play, using Crichton in the starting team and then swapping I'Pap and AFB as appropriate

Interesting the difference between this rule and the one where a player in front of the play the ball can't get involved in the play.  I would have thought this rule makes slightly more sense (and easier to enforce) for players to be able to participate, provided they are behind the play the ball, when the ball is played rather than when it is kicked. If a ball is passed back from dummy half to a kicker, we're not talking about a huge time advantage.

I believe the rule was brought in because some forwards were taking the absolute piss and were standing in the opponent's defensive line (when the 10m rule was brought in for simple offside play).

I remember as a fan being like wtf?

Players are still gonna game it though and stand in line with the play-the-ball, and then take off running as soon as it's played. Dummy-half receives, passes to the kicker, kicker sets themself and kicks.. still a decent amount of time compared to having to wait until the ball actually goes past them.

Yeah but you know gambling mate. Even if Panthers are 75%, anything can happen on the day. I expected Panthers to put up a real fight in last year's grand final, but they looked really off their game. Nerves? Inexperience? Just a bad day?

They aren't unbeatable and Rabbitohs certainly have a team capable of beating them or anyone.

Own both, I think Trindall is a better option.

Cheers. Yeah own both just one goes in my double loop. Trindall can go 60 or 20, Blore at least should 've a solid 40.

I'm taking Peachs score too though, so I think I could only loop 1. Unless I have it wrong.

It just depends in what you are trying to say, ur approach above means yeah sure any team at there best can beat such and such which is true. But if ur trying to form an opinion on who is the best at there best.... 9 out of 10 times Panthers sail by the Bunnies this year. Bunnies racked up some wins against weak teams, but never once looked like a memorable team. Final result 36 to 10 looks far more sexy than when u actually watch them play.

God this Brailey v Walsh decision is hard to make.

Walsh’s scores have been so erratic, even with a try last week was pants. Brailey could get a rest if Randall stays on but at least ya can bank a 45-50 on a standard day

Could have been yes true, injuries galore. Having to play Copley is a huge hindrance. Even though he was many a shouts future Qld centre haha. The third most impressive team has been the Eagles, and yes all dependant on Turbo being in the side. Nothing wrong with that though.
