nrlphysio: Not a good mechanism of injury for Bailey Simonsson; axial load to foot when tackler lands on heel.
Brings concern for midfoot injury (lisfranc) or big toe injury (turf toe). Both can require extended recovery time. Hope for best with a minor/moderate sprain but didn’t look good

So many teams will be in my position with less then 5 trades red dots and Jack shit rnd 17 players and many who won't back up for rnd 18 big moving time for the non trade whores

Thing is that many of the higher placed teams that went hard early and didn't make any plans for rd17 wont get punished as much with the rd17 options falling like flies

Yeah, it's unlucky. Hindsight is wonderful, but it seems the best play would have been to go hard for rd13 and then just get best team in as soon as possible ignoring rd17. I kinda half did this, Fifita over Harris this week would have been a masterstroke though. But can't complain, that's fantasy.

Yeah I kind of did it too, was never really able to go hard at rd17 just due to lack of trades. Also I guess since both Tohu and Walsh are so highly owned that they are kind of irrelevant being out.
I would get 2 more round 17 players next week to get me to 5 players, and leave 5 trades for the rest of the way but I'm not sure there are two players worth getting
