That's a good point. Almost forgot why I traded him out in the first place! Perhaps someone like Thompson is a better idea? I wanted to bring in Lolo but those 30s in his scoring so far are sticking out like a very very sore thumb.

Yeah, NSW have done nothing in the last 20 years to be so cocky after game 1. Enjoy it and praise it a little, but be respectful and realistic.

It was smooth and awesome to see, some nice moves. But it did look easy and not much was on the back of 'pressure' and chipping away. We either do it again in game two and we have a special team, or Qld put on a defensive clinic and we are all piddling are trousers for game 3. I can only buy so many trousers over the years

I've just realised there's no point in hanging onto Schuster and playing with 16 this round so he's gone for me

1x Johnson in round 14 is better than 1x possible Schuster in round 17.

I have had Simo, Roberts and Alvaro for the whole year til I punted Simo last week.

Someone like SST is all I can afford right now as a 17/18th man and he plays round 17 and there aren’t loads of keepers for round 17. To try make up ground on this guy I have the bet with I have to try get 10 round 17 players if I can. SST would be my 4th round 17 guy.

Laurie to Verrills on the agenda soon to free up funds to try get Fifita and Tohu. I’m hoping both of them will drop a bit of cash.

I can’t get Pappy back in.

If I didn't trade Schuster and played with 16 this round I'd basically be taking the hit this round to get an extra player in round 17 so I'd rather take the guy who is guaranteed to play when I would be bringing him in for someone else anyway.
