    2nd!

    How much longer do we think Brodie Jones holds his spot?

    Can do Alvaro to Jones and then Brailey to Tohu.

    Not sure it’s worth it though in getting Jones.

    Hhmmmm maybe I’ll just stick with Alvaro to SST. Robbo fucking with his mins is the concern though. You getting SST soon @multiple.scoregasms? Or does Robbo fucking with his mins put you off him?

    Last night was rough!
    As a bunnies fan and also being of Samoan descent, I was happy for Latrell, Luai and To'o but fuck that was hard to watch as a QLD fan.
    I do believe that Game 2 will be a closer game. Will be interesting to see the impact of Ponga, Welch and Papali'i can make. I definitely think big Papa is going to take it upon himself to set the example for the other boys and will thrive.

    Mostly, I think it will be addition by subtraction. Not having Feldt and Ofa will be a big plus. We need Holmes' yardage carry on the wing and Ponga will provide danger on the edges that wasnt there last night.

    Happy with Capewell in the centres but I would like to switch him with Gagai. Gagai has been playing C on the left wing, not the right and should be able to deal with Toms speed a bit better. Similarly, Latrell is slower off the mark and Capewell being a bigger body should be able to hold his own.

    Last change is Hunt off the bench over Brimson (assuming Ponga is fit). Brimson spelling Harry at hooker was as dumb a game plan as you can get. Effectively rendered useless. Would prefer Hunts flexibility and creativity.

    That's my analysis anyway. Need to win the middle or we'll be looking at 50 again.

    Thoughts on Brailey + Stefano to CHN + SST?

    I'd ideally like to give Brailey another week, but don't want to miss the boat on CHN.

    Continuing from the last thread:

    Is CHN a must-have?

    Negative BE, R17, and 47% ownership in the top 5,000.

    Then again, avgs. by year playing 70+ EDG:

    2017: 42.4
    2018: 37.9
    2019: 45.5
    2020: 25 (1 game)
    2021: 54.8

    It's a pretty big jump so far, is that sustainable? I feel like I'm trying to talk myself out of him because I can't see a clear path without selling someone I don't want to, but I also don't want to make the same mistake I did with Turbo.

    This is kind of where I'm at. I feel he's looking good enough for a bench keeper. He might not be a must have for a final 17, but for the price, he seems too good to pass up.

    Repost from the last thread;

    I'm still pretty gung ho on getting CHN for Alvaro but need funds for it. Are either of these worth it;

    BKelly - Jones (or anyone under 267K)
    Fog - (AKelly, Moylan, Dearden with change spare)

    or just go Fog to CHN?

    Or I just hold trades and run with Kelly and Leniu this week which I'd prefer not. Tricky week this one. Team is;

    Brailey
    Haas Watson Crichton
    IPap Matto
    Fog Moses
    Burton Peach
    Laurie Hynes Ted

    Bird Kelly Simo Leniu

    Alvaro Cleary Walsh Schuster

    Only 10K left.

    Thanks Mr GnR, yeah Kelly to Jones was my first thought for the week. Not sure how many games he has left but reading, it seems Friz out at least 8 but then we have a week off then they have the bye so who really knows.

    Struggling to make this decision. If you take the outlier of 87 out of that average and it drops to 48, which is close to what he's priced at. He will obviously go up in price, but for how long?

    With this knowledge, the question is whether you are happy bringing him in as a keeper and having him providing cover in the 18/19 spot?

    After Schuster's late out left me a man short a few weeks ago I prioritized good cover and as you can see I take my DPP'ing seriously.

    On CHN.
    I'm in need of rd17 players and CHN is one of the few POIs for that round at a reasonable price tag.
    I'll trade him in this week and hope he can keep up his green patch

    If you're on the fence on CHN, it's pretty hard to ignore him vs the Broncos, no matter what you think about "playing matchups" in Fantasy.

    Am yet to pull the trigger though.. maybe Pangai can give him a bath?

    Gonna trade in SST and CHN for my h2h team. Can't believe SST is under 500k, could def be the 17th man I need for the rest of the year. Also have enough to buy anyone bar Hughes, but not liking many options up there to be quite honest so I've landed on CHN with 224k ITB... lessgo
