Reported hyperextended elbow for Josh Curran, video matches reports with clear hyperextension after arm caught between bodies. Main concern for medial elbow ligament injury.
    Recovery guide:
    - simple hyperextension/ligament sprain: 1-4 weeks
    - elbow dislocation/fracture: 4-8 weeks

Haven't seen any clarification from Warriors, but it might be out there.

I remember a few years ago when McCullough (?) was out 3-6 weeks with a hyperextended elbow and only missed like one game.

I have Peach and Bird but I am warming to the idea of spending that much for a back up. I have the cash. I used the same logic when I bought Peachey which was a good trade despite the recent dilemma. And as MS said, if I then want to release that cash out of centre down the track, I can trade one of Bird or Peach to a rd17 gun possibly in another position if I have the trades and green dots to allow for it.

Yeah, I don't mind the logic now you've laid it out.

I want Walsh though if starting but didn't want to double trade either. Tough week yet again.

Walsh, Teddy and Laurie as my back three this week. With training Simo waiting in the wings. What could go wrong. Are people looking at trading Papy? Might be rough bringing back in both of Paps and Fifi. But swapping him for To'o looks mighty appealing and leaves some spare cash with his high BE when he's back

How many trades do people have (before trading this week)?

Ranked 13k and have 21 trades. Planning to use one to bring in a CTR as I'll have none of mine playing. But otherwise, planning to bank trades and just go super hard between rounds 13 and 18 to see if that can lead to a change of fortunes rather than trying to improve my team now.

23 and a similar rank. We must have a similar team because I have no CTRs either

20 before trades this week. Rank 357

My WFB is Walsh, Turbo and Teddy with Laurie as back-up. I think there's potential merit in trading Papenhuyzen and the fact he has a pretty high BE means he'll probably drop some cash.

Honestly the biggest argument I'd make for trading Paps is that he'll probably get rested a fair bit during the run home. Nicho Hynes is a more than capable replacement and Bellamy would want his best players fit for the finals.

I've got 21, rank 6.6k and 200k in the bank. I was planning to get Starling this week. I might also grab Hynes.

Haven't put any real thought into byes yet, was going to spreadsheet something up today.. but it kind of seems pointless the way players are dropping/being suspended.

19 trades left. Rank 1488. Down a centre this week. Only 62K in the bank. Only wanted to single trade each week until 13, but looking unlikely.

Good tip - I've lived in Bris/GC for over 40 years and didn't even know that was there....

Another option would be Kangaroo Pt cliffs overlooking city - just on sunset is a cracking time.
Or even hire a private boat and pop the question while cruising the always romantic brown snake
