Although I said I'd run with 16, might have to trade someone in, as 2 weeks of 16 isn't great.

Might even get Will Chambers just as a based price guy who can cover.

scores of 6, then 11, then 18, the only way is up. By my maths he'll score 27 and then 38 in the 2 weeks that Peachey is away.

Say he scores 15 over two weeks, you're happy to blow a trade for 30 points?  Plus, does Dugan stay in when Ramien is back?

If I needed a ctr I would simply buy one that is going to score tries

I need an actual centre to play in my 17 every week so I've gone Hoppa. His scores are actually pretty good for his price and he has DPP aswell. Perfect for my h2h team

Not to rub salt into the wound, but just by virtue of not being dropped or injured, Brad Parker has only scored 25 points less than Momo so far for 200k cheaper.

Might not be a bad cheap option for those in the market. Could be similar to Boyd last year, never looks like a good buy, but ends up there about for total points just by continuing to be picked while others disappear.

Highly, highly doubt he changes the team after their win last week unless it is a forced change.

It's not apples for apples though because you need to add in the scores of anyone you are able to sub in........so generally most people will need to add an additional zero to this.

You think whatever nuffie CTR I trade in again will only be used for 2 weeks?

Its not like Chambers is specifically better than other cheap options
For full squad inefficiency - bring in Talau, and leave Cini and Roberts in my 21. Surely one of them has to play every week

But what aer other options. Play short for (at least) 2 weeks

Bring in someone half decent (Averillo/Crichton) but what do you do with them in 3 weeks time when Bird and Peachey are fit.
Do you have a shit scorer in 14-17 or a waste of money in 18-21
There are no good options, only varying degrees of shit ones

Its the lack of trades spent that is the main bonus of having someone who has played every week

    Chewie's Cash Chat

Well well well Teddy (-$7k) has finally turned the corner and bottomed out at 577k.
And just when you thought MVP Cleary (+46k) had peaked after round 7 he does the unthinkable and bumps his value up a notch to $1.154M
    MVP:

Other players who made good cash this round: Nicho Hynes (+74k), Jason Saab (+71k), Reece Walsh (+67k), JAC (+59k) and Starling (+53k)
The problem is that none of those players are in my team and my team value dropped by $6k Crying or Very sad
My high rollers had a quiet round this week Ipap (-35k),Mahoney (-42k) and To'o (-41k) all contributed to the demise.
Another notable high roller losing cash this week is Papy (-57k) thanks to a stupid late tackle from Fui.

My team won't be making much cash while I save on trades before rd13, but will get back into it after that. I do expect Teddy to regain some of the quarter of a mil he lost in the first 10 rounds, so I may see some gains Laughing

Warriors edge spots are probably the least secure position in the comp. (Raiders forwards might challenge them for that title)

People talked up Sironen as a steal after round 1. And he could be a steal again. or he could be back to the bench within a month.
Up to you to determine how you are willing to risk a trade on.

Injury update out of @RaidersCanberra Jarrod Croker has recovered from his shoulder issue, now out indefinitely with ongoing knee issue. Calls on Tapine, Rapana, Soliola, Sutton all to come before tomorrow's team list is named @NRLcom
