With Tino and Ofa not doing great I need a MID answer.

Got Averillo -> SoS pencilled in.

Thinking Ofa to Ah Mau then I can look at Liddle/Hoy/Milford to Walker so I can upgrade Tino to Twal or AFB potentially.

Would love to force Haas into my side but he is much.

Thoughts on Tino to McCullough & running without EDG cover until Schuster gets DPP?

    Averillo and Lam out
    Peachy/other centre and Walker in

I need a bit of Mid cover as well so Peachy sort of works for me on two levels (leaves me with sweet fa in the bank though)
Averillo has not been very good in either NRLF or IRL and with Hoppa and Cotric at CTR it was always going to be this way. I only started with him because it let me buy some other shiny thing but in many ways it was a worse decision than Croker. Have Nui as DPP cover and I'm happy to have him in my team as long as he's fit...he at least looks like he might do something sometime.

Yeah, I mentioned above that if Hampton was guaranteed weeks in the team I'd take a punt, but no way I can take that gamble without any certainty he'll be in the team next week.

For what it's worth, I reckon he'll put up a serviceable score this week, but that no good if he's gone again next week.

You like Kris? Cash making kind of starts from scratch again, but he does seem to have caught Stuart's attention and it's not the worst option. Kid can play footy pretty good.

Really? Because I started with him because in his limited appearances last year he actually looked like he had a bit of a running game, was quick, and was talked up to be part of the building blocks in the “improving” Bulldogs side… oh and he was cheap!

Has made a good impression in his first two games. If Scott was out long term, I'd seriously consider him.

Although, I think I may run with 16 and hold trades truthfully. I think I want to see Walker first. Having 2 play 2 of Leniu, Alvaro and Milf with 16 ain't good though.

Lewis and Flanno are a similar type of player too, so maybe he has just got a knock. Who knows.

How'd he get an ankle injury when he doesn't even run

(Obviously this is a joke, it would have been done in tackle during game or in training)

I'm thinking 16 too, but I'd be curious about Scott too.

Yeah there was all that, but there was also the fact that he is a kid moving into a demanding position in the halves with very little top grade experience. Even the very best have taken a bit to settle (Lockyer, Wighton, Munster) and they were all coming off the back of far more actual NRL experience.

I chose him over Bird because it let me keep $50k in the bank.

Back to Wiliame on bench when Bird returns potentially though??

Ford probably being viewed as EDG with Kerr to be subbed off - played 80 last week but Hunt went off - might be worse for Fui than Alvaro as Fui had time on EDG in first 2 rounds, hope not though

I think Alvaro will bounce back though, Dragons aren't going to score that many points regularly

I am thinking of ditching Croker for Hampton. This is just intuition but I reckon the plan was always to have Holmes at FB and Drinkwater at HLF. Clifford is not hanging around at the Cowboys next year. I reckon it is worth the punt and gives me a chance of bringing in Haas next week. With Cust on the bench Crokers value from here on in is limited and he could even go backwards

Not Lodge instead of Ah Mau? Cheaper and I think could score very similar

Tino and Averillo- two players I had the strongest feelings that they would be duds and I brought them in anyway. I am so disappointed in myself.
