If we're looking at consistent rulings Ramien was sin binned for foul play and I think Kaufasi should have been as well. He lifts the arm again to do damage, he's in trouble for that for sure.

Yeah at first I thought it was just unfortunate and his elbow came down on his head with the momentum from falling when the other storm player knocked them over, but once you see the other angle you can clearly see he accelerates that elbow with force. Very nasty and I think that will be a decent suspension
