Haumole Olakau'atu nowhere to be seen, who I think was in contention for that spot.. No Walker, Saab, Croker, JTurbo, DCE, or Foran eiether.

Not sure I can ride the Gosie roller coaster again. A couple of years ago I went Gosie over Lawrie and boy didn’t that backfire!

If an injury happens in the Manly back line which happens very often Gosie goes to centre....

I know it's not super fantasy relevant, but if you are gonna watch this trial then keep an eye out for Manly's halfback Kaeo Weekes. Kid is a gun who has progressed through manlys system for a few years now, lighting quick. One for the future for sure

If anyone gets a look at Harper let us know how he looks. Could be one to start with if Tommy T isn’t back til round 5 or 6 then if he comes back breaks down after a week or 2 Harper would be straight back in.

Hard to know what to take from those teams. Potentially a couple of cheap wingers.

Would anyone punt on Harper at fullback? Bit of an awkward price unfortunately.

Gosiewski over Davey isn't ideal, but he's still priced at 21 and averages 34.8 starting second row over 40 mins. Just probably can't play him in your 17 with a 10 in 69 minutes and a few other sub-30 scores in there.

Paseka named to start is interesting actually. Priced at 36 he averages 48 in 40+ minute stints (2 tries in there) and 44 as starting prop over 30 minutes.

This is why I've only made 1 draft this pre season. Cbf with all the unexpected turns then having to consistently change up my draft. Not touching it until TLT which is when the real drafts come out

With this pack, do we think Dessie will finally give Marty Taupau some decent minutes. With A.Fonua-Blake gone to the Warriors and each of Paseka/Keppie/Sipley/Boyle aren't really big minute players, maybe Dessie will give both Taupau and Aloiai around 55-60 minutes which would certainly boost Taupau's scores.
