Thats weird, was sure that they already had 30 players signed for next season before this signing.

They released Paasi during week to ESL to get down to 29 players

Usually most teams keep 29/30 as that's what's only needed for early season to protect against long-term injury and needing to release someone but Warriors look like they got decent depth in basically all positions (good forward depth especially)

Broncos now losing Bird Ofa Boyd and Fifita from 2020 roster (plus a few other no names id assume). Even with upgrades and other poor deals (inc maccas return), youd think there is some room there to pick up some decent signings.. (no idea who though, going to need to be some players released early)

Already at this stage of the 2021 season there seems to be heaps more player movements than in previous years.

Manly player Keith Titmuss passes away after falling ill at training. He was just 20 and recently promoted to the top 30. Shocking news.

Gareth Ellis announced his retirement from professional Rugby League at the tender age of 39.

His career spanned 20 years and amassed 512 first grade club games + 33 International games.

Definitely one of the best players the Tigers have ever had in their ranks.

Maybe the 37 year old Cam Smith could go around another year or two...

Matt Burton has signed with the dogs.
Expect he'll be in most people's teams at the start of next year. Every chance he gets a random price bump though.

Burton averaged 39.4 from 5 games this year (MTBS site shows 2 games where he was an unused sub and won't count)

Discount for only 5 games would see him priced at 33.5 - and then add on whatever fanhub bump he gets.

Also depends who he is paired with. Flanagan I guess the obvious choice, but if he ends up with Lachlan Lewis I'd be avoiding him. Surely Lewis is on the outer though.

Here are fox's predicted teams for next year

Probably not great for actual lineup predictions, but its good to help you remember which players have changed clubs/retired

Weird teams, they see Milf getting dropped, Tolman not making the Sharks 17.

Cowboys squad can't be close to correct, Holmes surely gets fullback over HTF, Josh McGuire won't be starting edge, Drinkwater should start over Clifford.

Lachlan Croker as Manly's starting hooker is just horrible, can't see Davey moving to Manly without being in the 17, probably starts ahead of Gosiewski.

Surely Eisenhuth cracks the Panthers 17.

Souths forward pack is surely going to be Arrow lock, Murray edge, Knight bench.

Hard to see Sironen moving to Warriors without making the 17, not sure who misses out though.

James Roberts signing looks pretty nuts for Tigers, have him behind Mbye, Leilua, and Momorovski is back as well. Would be a much better fit somewhere like Warriors ahead of Pompey, where their center options look weak.

I think with those fox teams they haven't adjusted fully after recent player movements.

They probably had Bayley Sironen at 11, and when he left they just chucked Knight in from the bench rather than work out what he team would actually be.

Tigers 2nd row depth looks pretty poor at the moment. I guess we need Curtis Sironen back. Shawn Blore kicking on would be a good start too.
