I have 1 trade left but I think the right play is to hold...who knows what carnage we see next week. Still feel like I'll be fielding an above average side this week.

    MoFo Taupau
    McInnes Fifita Sironen
    Cleary DCE
    Manu Peachey
    Ponga RTS Crichton

Dragons are pissing into a fan at the moment.

They sign Griffin as a coach shortly after his recent twitter likes controversies.
They keep de Belin coming off a pretty serious rape charge.
They now look to sign Josh McGuire.

I legit feel sorry for fans and players. None of this is what the club needs.

Might run the gauntlet on trading Haas.

Ponga is a no brainer for Pap but need to trade Ted or Haas as a second trade. Ted only gets me 705K for a player and no one interests me except maybe Murray or Taupau.

Trading Haas gets me Bateman, Cook, Harris or Moses but only 100K or so left so can't get Haas back unless Cleary is rested.

Hmmmm......would have more chance getting Ted back in then Haas next week.

Am wrestling with this too. Would obviously be good to know if Haas will be back next week or not. At least with Teddy we can be pretty confident he’ll be back next week against the Bunnies.

    On Papy, From NRL physio:
‪Craig Bellamy indicated Ryan Papenhuyzen “could’ve played at a pinch” last week, but held him out with a sore achilles. Storm initially expected him back this week, but has been held out again to be safe. Tendon issues can linger, best way to settle: control training/playing load‬

So he could’ve played last week but didn’t
He could play this week but isn’t
Next week he could play but the issue might persist

Any advice for my side with 1 trade left and 145k spare:

    McInnes
    Taupau MoFo
    Lucy Matterson Murray
    Cleary Pearce
    Peachey Crichton
    Ponga Pap Hammer

    Hunt Carrigan B. Siro Niu
    Koloamatangi Randall Haas Teddy

Should I still hold my trade, or is it worth going Pap to someone like a Dylan Edwards?

The issue I'm having is I don't want to get a cheap option to have funds available to trade him back in and then Cleary goes and gets rested or something. However, there's no way of knowing that.

It's interesting Haas has been giving leave, warranted of course but you'd think he plays the last game but you never know. Not much point only to avoid the spoon.

I'd use the trade on Paps mate.

i think if you trade Haas out, you’ve got to assume you’re not getting him back. You might as well use those funds on your team. and if Cleary does get rested, then at least you have an obvious trade in.

Yeah. Going Bateman or Harris has to be more beneficial then say a Taupau, Lane or Talakai with the chance of getting him back. Especially when who knows what will happen next week.

Yep bring in Ponga for sure.

I’d probs trade Haas if I was you. I’d bring in Tohu or Cook for sure, hard to split them. You’re primed for a top 150 finish mate for sure, you’ve had a great season and you’re laughing with 3 trades left happy for ya.

I reckon their is quite a chance Cleary gets rested next week.

Edwards or RTS. Nofo has Storm and Eels so be wary of that. Not sure how he goes but could go okay depending what side he's up against this week.

    here’s my team:

    Koroisau
    Haas MoFo
    Yeo Brown Leilua
    Cleary Moses
    Peachey Crichton
    Teddy Papy Ponga

    Tevaga Hunt Carrigan RTS
    Sironen Host Mitchell Turner

With Haas, Teddy, Papy, Koro and even Host out, i’ve only got 14 green dots.

Am thinking of trading two of Haas, Koro, Papy and Mitchell out for a combo of McInnes, Matterson, McIntyre or Averillo.

The question is which ones. Is it better to go hard this round and assume no Haas in round 20? or hold him (and Teddy) in reserve so they can come back next week (when no doubt someone else will be rested, suspended, injured).

Either way its only 16 players for me this week...

With Penrith set to play the Cows and Dogs I think I’m set on Pap to Edwards if I do make that trade.

UV: Play with 16 save my last trade
DV: Go with Pap to Edwards gives me 17 this week.

Bateman has scored tries of late to boost his scores of late as well, I don’t think he will keep that up.

Tohu scoring 65 and 68 last fortnight looks hard to ignore as does Cook with 4 scores of 60 or above the last month.
