NRL Fantasy 2020 Part 85 - Who's being rested

I traded pap last week because I didn’t want to risk him not being named again which has happened and still lost my h2h by 3, cheers rts

I've lost so much confidence in Herbie. Was looking great there for a while but he's now a potato. He's in my 13 too, along with Siro and Offa. Meh.

Yeah he seemed to have lost his Mojo ever since Staggs returned, maybe it's one of those alpha male things

Like most people I also got burnt holding Pap. Only played 16 last week because I wanted to conserve my last trade and now I'm down to 16 again. So it looks like I'll be trading Pap to the best CTR or WFB. Might punt on Hughes or go for Dedwards.

I'm looking at a real thin 16 assuming AFB plays which I don't think he will. Asi, Farnworth, Siro all in the 17

Initial thought is Papy to Hunt/Grant/SJ/Fifita/JTurbo/Tevaga with last trade of the season to give me 17*

Leaning towards one of Hunt/JTurbo/Tevaga just to insulate me against another POD being out injured. If I cop it so does everyone else

EDIT: I back Grant as the best fantasy scorer of the lot, but with the Tigers season over they have no reason to play him significant minutes

That sucks.... hopefully there will be plenty in the same boat in the top 100

If I get Turbo for Pappy I'll have 7 of my 17 playing in the Manly v Titans game.

Thanks to all the backs out I can’t even use my 2 trades to field 17 this week. In a cash league head to head against someone who has avoided most of the carnage and ran out of trades so long ago that he’s held taumalolo

Quoting myself because I've already made a decision

I've never in my fantasy career avoided the guy I think will score the most points (Grant) because of ownership numbers, why would I start now

I'm liking the look of Lino being dropped, should be a decent chance that Mann comes back into the halves next week.

I doubt that Mann will be back to 6. If Randall was good enough to start he would have been given the chance the last 3 times instead of having McCullough, Blake Green and Lino all preferred over him. I think we see Mann at 9 the rest of the year with Hoy at 6

Randall keeps performing, unlike Lino and Hoy who were bad last week. Another good performance and the spot should be his finally. Definitely hasnt been working for them since they switched Mann from the halves.
