From what I know about footy circles I would be surprised if less than 95% of NRL players/coaches are heavily into coke and casual sex.
Give these young guys hundreds of thousands of dollars, no way to spend it because they are constantly training or playing and have the media blowing smoke up their ass every day. Of course they are going to think they are kings and behave like it

The Matty Johns post is probably playing on the rumours, but it will be Ikin taking over as CEO, I would assume. Fox would know early on given Ikin will be resigning from Fox.
The stuff about Siebold is pure rubbish. I want him gone as much as the next person, but the rumours about him are simply untrue.

That's absolute rubbish and based on absolutely nothing. No denying footy players must have the lowest intelligence of all professional sportsman. No other code has so many sex scandals and drama.

Certainly possible. To me, it looked like he really relished the contest last game, so that should keep him in good stead for a few weeks at least. Hopefully means he is a greedy shit too.

Except AFL here, and every major soccer league and NFL abroad.
I think 95% is exaggerated but the overall premise is correct - if you think NRL has a lot of sex scandals and drama, it's really no different from any environment with cashed up 20-somethings. There would be corporate offices which make the NRL look tame.

I dunno but suggesting NRL has way more sex scandals than anywhere else in the week where AFL players were caught on camera sticking their fingers up each other arseholes is a pretty hot take.

This is what I don't understand about the general population and this thirst for making drama out of what is essentially nothing (though happy for anyone releasing footage like that to be charged).
