Thoughts on my team after a Flanno to Munster trade?

Leaves me with 5 left and 149k ITB, 17 players this week, or 18 if Randall gets back in late

    Mann
    Haas, Fotu
    Tevaga, Lolo, Yeo
    Cleary (c), Munster
    Lomax, Crichton
    Ponga, Teddy, Talau

    Carrigan, Luai, Averillo, HTF

    Randall, Grant, Papy, Niu

In fairness, none of us could have known about the HIA, had that not happened he would likely have played at least 60 minutes for 40-50 points, and odds are he would be starting or at least on the bench if he had been able to do that.

Make sure your red dots are guaranteed red dots, and not some like Randall who might sneak in.

On the situation you describe though, the tests Chewie and I did last year suggested it is smart enough to make sure you get 2 AEs if you have 2 available though.

    lol!

This is the second time that you've got Chewie and myself mixed up.

Not really you're fault though. It's a well known fact* that all cows suffer from blue/brown colour blindness. Wink

In hindsight it was the right move. Cheap Hooker who appeared to have a starting Hooking roll for the rest of the year. Maybe the HIA scared AO’B off? Maybe there is something else?

It does seem awfully weird that AO’B would rather play, arguably his best player this year in Mann, out of position at Hooker and have a half who has limited NRL time off the bench and put his only true Hooker who had a blinder in his debut in the reserves??

I know Green is a recent IN but if anything push Mann to a 14 to come on and spark something around the middle? Just seems really weird. Maybe has no faith in Randall.

I don't think AOB is running a fantasy team and took him out of the 17 because he scored 19 points

Well of course not, he took him out this week because he's concussed

Exactly....I only did it last minute because I freaked out about having two red dots for the rest of the season Laughing

Prior to that I was all....'save your trades who knows what the new week can bring'

I'm not overly optimistic about a return for him, the preferred back up hooker for most teams this season seems to be a utility player who can play a bit of hooker

For the Tin Foil Hatters out there, Carrigan and Haas’s last 4 round minutes have gone.

    Haas
    Carrigan
    62
    80
    80
    73
    80
    68
    66
    80

Does that mean it is Haas’s turn to go a couple 80 minute games now?

    McInnes
    Haas Mofo
    Tolo Lucy Carrigan
    Pearce DCE
    Lomax Talau
    Teddy Nofo Herbie

    Hunt Siro Young Hetherington

    Hammer Grant Randall Pappy

294K and 8 trades.  Wondering if spending the money on Cleary is still the play this week.

I hate bumping, but doing it anyway. Do I have blinkers on regarding Cleary? Rank 237 and his score last week lost me around 130 places.

Pearce is an alright POD; however, Cleary DCE is the elite hlf partnership. You will miss last weeks points but his base is just unbelievable.

I think with you needing 2-3 spots more to finish decent final 17 I would probably lean towards the cheaper options. I can see why you want him though with his incredible KM base.

I'm trying to pose the same question for myself about whether DCE is worth the $$. I made the mistake picking Flanagan over him 4-5 weeks ago, but he's only risen 100k from bottomed out price. Leaning towards selling Flanagan, so tossing up DCE + L Thompson or Jurbo + Moses

I know hey. I'm even leaning towards Lucy to Cleary moving McInnes down to second row. Pearce's base stats are really good too. I don't see Green affecting him as much as what we are thinking. (I hope)

Maybe one more week where one of them has to play 80 due to rotations of other players.

Turpin should be close to playing 80 soon.. going to assume fifita wont play 80 in his first game back, but who knows.

Once those two are fully fit then haas and carrigan will be able to have a breather every week, plus we got Lodge back this week, as well as Ofa back in the middle rotation

It's tough hey. You know the points are there but wonder if the balance of cheaper options will score more in the long run.

Those two options for you are 50/50. On paper, probably Moses/JTurbo is the go. DCE though 87 points in a team that got thrashed is unbelievable.
