Thanks for your input brother.  I'll look into it but I don't think it affects my team that much but will sit down and see what I can come up with.

It will be Lucy out for Cleary but McInnes down to second row, Hunt to bench and Grant starting.  Bench would still be Hunt, Pearce, Carrigan but would have to play 2 out of Siro, Young, Randall and Hetherington.  But that's looking decent enough for a couple of weeks as they are making money.  Young hopefully can become Bateman with a double trade in a couple weeks time.  Still have 8 going into this week.

Doesn't look like it would impact your team too much going Cleary and still a decent amount of trades left. I'd probably pull the trigger

Tedesco now 851k, that's becoming hard to ignore.

Only thing I don't want to do is grab him just before he gets given a week off by Robinson.

The Roosters might like to get a bit more safer in the top 4 before resting him though, so probably still a good time to grab him.

I want about 4 different players right now so its a tough decision.

Randall being in 71% of the top 1000 is surprising. Wonder how many would have brought him in if his break even was 60 instead of -20? How much cash he makes is really pretty irrelevant with most not having the trades to get him back out

For me it was Randall or Starling, and Randall seemed to have the more secure role, and was slightly cheaper. Points output was hard to quantify because Randall's only game was an outlier, but it seemed like he would be OK for 40 points a week - for a cash out acting as an 18th man/loop option it looked perfectly acceptable

There is a small but non-zero chance that he'd get traded out again later, so cash generation was a factor, albeit not an important one. Starling was somewhat similar in that regard anyway so didn't influence decision that much.

My dilemma also. Currently have Tedesco, Bateman, McInnes, DFifi and Moses/Munster in my very interested list and probably in that order.

Yeah pretty much the same hitlist for me, add Cook as well.

Tempted to jump on Dfifi straight up. Big game this week and it seemed like they gave him the extra week's rest so he should be good to go.

Obviously I can't get them all and with 8 games to go, want to avoid someone who gets rested. Bateman/Dfifita are probably least risky options there, doubt Mcinnes has a rest either.. Teddy/Moses/Munster would be prime candidates to get a week off.

The obvious concern with Fifita is whether he gets benched when Glenn is fit.. given he won't be there next year, but the coach has a job to save so I doubt he's thinking about anything other than trying to win games.

Moses going to be a popular trade in this week - wouldn't count on him being too PODdy

Bloody hell I’m less than 10k short again of the keeper 2RFs I want for Fogarty (can afford up to 749k in one trade with D Fifita 754k, Twal 756k, Jurbo 759k)

Yeah have Herbie in the EMG too (and Hammer lol) so enough cover. My gut saying is get him. Thanks for your thoughts.

8 trades left and 558k ITB.

Option 1: KOD to David Fifita (Bench: Carrigan, Pearce, Leilua, Randall/Starling/Luai)
Option 2: Luai to Moses, Leilua to Bateman (Bench: Carrigan, Moses, Pearce, Randall/Starling) + 346k ITB for upgrading one of Randall/Starling in a couple of weeks.

Another head spinning week with too many options to trade in

Could grab Bateman which leaves 411k to get CTR or WFB coverage to sit in the emergencies. Would mean Sironen is 17th man for a while

Could grab Teddy which leaves 413k to grab some forward coverage with Sironen still 17th man

Or I can lean into more mid range options and grab Moses + Luke Thompson/Brimson. Would allow me to loop Sironen/trade in for 17th man with the other acting as 18th man

Whichever way I go will probably be my last upgrade trade for a while leaving me with 6 trades

Yeah very similar for me as well. Need to decide this week whether to go for a Bateman/Fifita/Lolo or Teddy. Teddy being rested was my main concern as well. Going to be a tricky week

I have the cash to go RFM ---> McInnes. Would leave me with only four trades left.

I'm really on the fence about it. Someone talk me into/out of it, please.

    Upvote: Keep RFM
    Downvote: Trade to McInnes

Yeah I'm jumping on Dfifi straight up. I'm 11k short on trading Bateman in for Fogarty. 1k short on getting Taumalolo... it must be a sign.

    So far I’m looking at

    Norman > Moses
    Butcher > Anyone under 871k

Tempted by Twal at his price for sure.

Bateman obviously a big POD option

To some point I believe in coaches being salty at their players for leaving but I don't think it bares on their mind when it comes to winning games. They want their best side on the field as much as possible and Dfifi is an 80 minutes second rower who can put up a winning play at any point in the game. I think Glenn waltzes straight onto the other edge and TPJ is moved into the prop rotations again. I am very tempted to take the gamble on Dfifi. He has the ability to run the field on a break, break tackles with ease and is very sound defensively at 750K he is probably one of the cheapest that can average 55+. There run home is shit though.

I get the temptation to upgrade but if Butcher starts in the second row again i see no reason to trade this week.

I say this as Im considering upgrading Lucy...
