Gotta say, if it was my team I'd pick Arthars over Coates and Isaako absolutely any day of the week. I thought Arthars looked pretty good, even in a poor team last year.

EDIT: The choice assumes Drinkwater is named as starting half come TLT.

Clune was promoted to the Dragons top 30 squad & they haven't put him on the site yet. Clune looked great in the charity shield so Mary should play Hunt at hooker & Clune halfback but he won't.

2 years later, finally remembers login details. Hope you are all well. I’ve been lurking for months. Glad to be back. Sometimes for people like myself with a young family and a full time job it gets difficult to stay in the loop with injuries/changes almost everyday. So I just want to send out a huge thank you for all the updates so far this season. I will contribute where and when I can. Good luck for 2020. Peace

Today, you'd have to go with the first option because Drinkwater could either not get picked, or be out injured. Two layers of doubt. I liked the idea of him at his price if he was starting in the halves, but with his fitness concerns and not being 100% guaranteed that halves role, I'd have to go with the first one as the safer option.

Isn't Drinky battling an injury? Pec or something...I could be wrong.
Anyway, he's up against Clifford for the 5/8 spot at the Cows, at least you know Croft is the main playmaker at the Broncs.

Assuming Bird gets DPP is he a better gamble than Papy??
And no, I can't get both of them in my team.

Would having 5 broncos players be too much? Obviously everyone should have the 3 - Haas, Fifi and Carrigan but I also have Croft and just bought Staggs because he will be goal kicking if Isaako doesn't get a spot in the 17

Anyone seriously considering running with two gun Halfs?

I am tossing up between these

A: Brimson, Aubo and Host (bench) or
B Cleary, Shibasaki and Kolomotangi (or any 228k)

Thoughts?

I have the first four you mentioned and it is a lot of Broncos but still good. Staggs looks really good, he is 37 point average in 80 minute games at CTR and with kicking could average 40 points. The only issue is it is very up and down his scores with some low ones. Only other issue is he had 11 tries in 18 games. Which is a decent strike rate.
