Yes Sam has been his own worst enemy I completely get that but you’ve other players getting away with things in games that don’t even get cited, these players think oh you beauty we can keep doing it!

Why wasn’t Cam Smith fined with his ear pull the other week? Why was his wife given a 15k ring??...... Why wasn’t Chambers fined for his hair pulling..... ex players have spoken out and said hair pulling happened to them hundreds of times and nothing was done yet how they wanna police that when it suits!.........

Just like this doesn’t belong in the game @Pain?.......

Sam would’ve got 6 weeks for that, oh would’ve been such an uproar!

I don't disagree that others get away with grubby stuff, especially Melbourne and Easts probably more so.

Sam was a great player but I'd suggest his legacy has been tarnished in the last couple of years. His poor discipline was raised by Bennett as England coach, Sam sooked off then as well.

I think you will find that you enjoy the game a lot more if you accept the fact that there will be bad calls during games and MRC decisions that we don’t all agree with.
Some of these will go against the team you follow, and some won’t.

Surely enjoying the game is not the primary goal.

Fair points there, Sam has always played the game hard and on that edge though, hopefully he doesn’t do anything stupid tonight, they’ll be watching him like a hawk.

You hear about these people, I never meet them

    Where’s the circus?

Refs used to be worse, watch any Fox classics game, but the cameras used to be less.

Bunker does some annoying shit in the pursuit of perfection demanded by the same critics from when anything is missed.

The MRC is fixable by training the ex-players everyone insisted needed to be involved because “they understand the game” to understand the game and grade stuff properly. So a knee to the head doesn’t get a grade one and cop a fine.

Sam would still get benched for a hair pull because he has roughly 738 priors and has been suspended for almost everything in the book. Instead of calling a judiciary run by a Supreme Court judge a kangaroo court he could be less of a grub?

Yeah I agree I stoped watching games. Getting sick of it I just look at the results afterwards

I'm one who's watching less. There's lots of reasons for it but the MRC/judiciary isn't one of them.

. The eels are the club that started this situation with Matterson and tigers. Titans have serious interest in him.
Brimson or Arrow will be involved in a swap for Matterson. If tigers don't get what they want from titans or any other team.. he will be staying at the tigers in 2020

Can't be all about money with Matto. Surely the driver is some sort of falling out with Maguire, maybe around the time he was moved to lock. I think, maybe, he wants more opportunity to use his skillset.

The money thing comes into it afterwards, imo. Gives him all the power, really, because other clubs will front up more $$$ without doubt.

Titans on paper is quite appealing, a coach he worked with at the Roosters, and a side that needs more attacking options. He could be that man.

His manager is pushing it. Club has tried everything to resolve the issue but met with resistance at every turn. Story on NRL website today was released by the tigers.

Anyone watching the RWC build up?

Why was Cheika dressed up like Dr Strange? Cool segment but Cheika's trenchcoat and the set he was filmed in was fucking weird.

I wish I had it. I was under the impression that sbs would be showing a couple of games that aren’t the wallabies and I was keen to watch Japan vs Russia tonight for some reason I’m oddly keen to watch it even though I don’t really follow the sport

This is already shaping up as a great game. Refs don't want to blow the whistle for a penalty, game should flow.
