Think the extra $150,000 I get going Whitehead for JFH is a wise move, if he keeps the lock spot should at least equal his scoring output

Have to decide who to upgrade in the CTRs or bench then

    @SI

I'm actually quite happy with Hiku as 2nd centre. Just thought that a lot of people will have him there, so bringing in someone like Cotric could be a POD move.

My worry is, why would he score any different to Wighton? More of a slapsy TB type runner?

Yeah I know, haha, Fifi's second stint last week is what got me interested, he was a man possessed.

Are you still looking at Matterson? I've gone off him even after that last score, just his minutes up in the air and some actual halves at very good prices.

Really want to move Isaako on but no one at his price range interests me unless a cow pops in TLT

He averaged close to 40 playing on the wing

People generally think a move to FB means more opportunity for attacking plays as there is more involvement, especially someone like Cotric who is Mansour esque in his TB ability

Cotric can break tackles as good as Rapana. He's going to be a beast when he gets older (he's already one now). At fullback he has even more chances to break tackles with more carries.

The likes of Arrow, Taylor, Wallace, Ese, Hunt are killing it for their teams which make you wonder why the hell the Broncos let these guys go. Their retention and signing policies are clearly flawed over the last couple of seasons. And now Kevvie has left the team. What is going on in Brisbane!! Wayne Bennett is like the Arsene Wenger of the NRL. Holding onto past triumphs, dictating a clubs every move and pulling the once great and dominant club into the region of mediocrity. I looked at our bench last week and though, wow... we have fallen a long way in the last couple of years.

Ahh well at least we gave Thaiday another year on his contract and put Milford on a cool mill a season, even if it mean't loosing many of the above future stars.

Cheers chaps, will keep a close eye out. The only way I can get him is to turn a midrange cow into JFH. I like all my cows

Yeah, attacking stats mate. Cotric is better on his feet and slapsies opportunities on kick returns. I didn't really watch him this week so not sure how he slotted in in attack though in regards chiming in the line in the opposition 20 though.

I think Reynolds will be giving liddle a spell. Remember in the week before kicking off Reynolds saying Ivan wanted all three of benji, brooks and himself on the field at the same time.

Arrow was penciled in to be Parker's successor, but Bennett decided to put McGuire there (wrong decision)
Taylor was let go because he couldn't get a gig with Hunt and Milford in-front of him (that worked out well)
Wallace basically the same situation as Taylor (wrong decision again)
Ese'Ese got paid and Brisbane didn't want to cough up (but will overpay their centres)
Hunt got paid and wanted a new challenge.

I agree, the club has failed badly over the past few years in terms of who they've let go and who they've retained (Thaiday, Blair Rolling Eyes )

This is why Brisbane fans are unsettled.

Grub will be in the 17 this week by the sounds and makes sense to run him off the bench for Liddle.
