CS9 ownership dipping, down to 31.5%. Now if we were to assume the total registered players hasn't changed (obvs not true, but at the same time I've no idea by how many it would have changed in the last week), then that would be some 3500+ trade outs.

Traded maloney in for carty and Merrin for Hess.
My plan is to bring in young jensen next week for havili  net possibly 100k then surgess to cam smith  and then week after trade stimson and bring surgess back in cashing out godinet.  It will be tight   money wise but should scrape in.. happy to run that team for a while with only injury trades.....and worry about maloney when cleary comes back. what do you guys think about this if all goes to plan ?  injurys could kill the whole thing but I'm feeling lucky

Hey man, like your team, but I think its a mistake to plan to trade a player out, and then back in the week after. Is there another way you can compile your team without burning two trades like that?

Have you done adequate risk analysis on this? As a fellow member of the PS id suggest that you haven't given you are suggesting Maloney.

People getting carried away with Maloney on both sides.

Those who are screaming "GOD NO DON'T BRING HIM IN!!!!" are maybe not realising that people are bringing him as a punt for short term gains. If he makes $100k-$150k I think most would be happy with that and then trade him up. Anything more than that and you're laughing all the way to the bank. He's a stepping stone and we need fast cash in this new comp setup.

Those bringing him in expecting anything more than a short term option that may fail spectacularly may need to have a think about it.

You can get 4. I got 2 last week. Lodge and Havili in EMG in for Kennar and Katoa in interchange. Rules state auto emergency substitution continues until no more eligible remain(scoring for purpose of replacing interchange player)

This has been a crazy few days for fantasy.

1.people seriously talking about trading out Smith
2.people seriously talking about trading in Maloney, on purpose.

Nek Minut someone will start talking Smith>Maloney. (The cash turn around on this would be pretty good)

I'm buying expecting a 30 average and making 120-150k with a trade out in 4 or 5 weeks when the halves picture becomes clearer

I'm really having a hard time trading Cam out.

Who would be the best half under $660k?

Candidates are ARey, Niko, Mild, JT, Cronk. mattersen.. or anyone else under 660..

    Any advice?

100-150k divided by 2 trades is 50-75k per trade. I thought Mbye was worth that logic in that DPP underpriced slightly and could turn into keeper or worst case become SJ. Injury was extremely unfortunate. He could have had an ordinary game and scored 40pts. Maloney has averaged -20 in negatives this season just kicked highest metresof the season which is first time he's gone over 400m in last 3 seasons

Don't trade Cam for any of those. Do you know how many people are trying to offload JT?

CS9 will come good again by seasons end once he gets through his injury. If you think you can make enough cash and gain enough points to justify a double trade in him then go ahead. I don't have him but once he's ripe and juicy, he's in my team Laughing I think he'll settle back to 60s mid season

Not for me. The second trade is a little irrelevant run of mill move, unless it’s a vital 14-17 45pt player you’re lacking.

this is basically cam Smith to Edwards which is worse than sideways and I’m an advocate for trading cam in a 2 for 1 gun move scenario.

At fullback we have Ponga already there and assume you probably have someone like Tedesco too.

Cam is more interesting as a way to get Koroisau/Friend +1 gun other position or using Cam to fix a half (SJ, DCE) which is a diabolical position this year, unlike WFB

I have a tonne of Second Rowers, and no halves. I'm now thinking of trading out my peaked Second Rower, Whitehead, for a starting half and promoting Murray to start. Also have Kikau, Griffen and RFM on the bench as sub in's. Harris and Jurbo are my other starters.

Doughei and Carty are my halves, will bench Doughei for when ARey gets injured again or to trade out for a gun at some stage. Maloney in for Cartwright.

I just have no idea who to get in the halves. The way SJ is playing this year is more a running No 6 role, he could go HUGE or get FA. DCE.. With Croker beside him, could be the smart option. Widdop, na. They've put a few big scores on, but with Hunt beside him I don't think he'll hold his average.

Yeah, I'm not trading Smitty. I would be trading Cartwright and a mid range FRF out for one of those. If I was to trade Smith, it'd be for a Koro or DCE.
