See what you mean, but I personally tend to post my scores good or bad because looking at others scores tends to help me know how I'm running and this is an extra contribution to that data set.

Players to look out for? I think Edwards is the main one - most support runs of anyone in the comp in the extended stats the NRL do. Will have a choice of bringing in him or RTS and it's quite a tough one. I think RTS will score better over season, but that's a gut call and Edwards still attractive.

I'm also interested in the value of Matt Prior. Probably won't buy because all my forwards are performing, but with less than 1% ownership is worth looking at his stats if you want a POD.

Big fan of Edwards, especially if they are scoring his tackle breaks this year too haha
Like RTS too, some of these players come down to one simple way to resolve it = $$$$

When you need to pick one up, who is cheaper or if equal then go the POD (Especially on a third WFB)
Rapana is dropping in value but the Raiders are an unknown and Nofo is hard to work out at the moment.

I genuinely try not to watch Edwards when he runs it back, bit like Teddy when I didn't own him.. That is someone you need to own eventually.

As a sharks fan Prior always goes up and down, like Bukuya. If I knew how Flanno was going to use him I would lock them in but it's hard to know and by then it's too late $$$$

Cheers Rhino, might take another look at him tomorrow.
Bit like Maloney, having been burnt before and completely discounting him, but after a few comments had another look and can see value there

It’s some of these players we somethings overlook, like Frank Winterstein last year haha

If you scored great for the week or ranked high then you post your score
If you haven't had a good one then you don't post, waiting until the week you do
Then you can join the above people
So the answer is we only really see people posting good scores. Just a Sunday night observation Wink

Kind of like fitness or food blogs, you don't see the fat people or shit cooks photos haha

Here is the thing, will the same people still post their score if they do have a bad week or slip down the rankings in say 15 weeks? I mean if you like posting your updated score regardless then I can't blame you for sharing as it's a nice way to sign off or see how you are tracking.

Is there advice you can give to the rest of us which helped you get into this position, or perhaps any players we may have overlooked you own or who to look out for?
Plans you may be doing or strategies regarding your team we might find helpful?

To these people I don't mean to take anything away from you, good job on your great start.
As a forum it would be great for you to share more of your thoughts rather than just see your scores all the time.
Anything that leads to more discussion on here is always good, assuming it's no fluke then I want to tap into your thoughts and ideas haha Smile

For me, 683 with Rochow and Thompson to come = about average I reckon haha

I share my scores and they are always off the pace. I'm bad.

651 with Brown and Rochow to come for me. Should be somewhere between 720 and 750 this week. Only real issues are Cartwright and Tauk. Tauk getting the minutes but the points are following so he has to go. Cartwright is a must trade. Hopefully team lists throw up some options.

3 for the watch list are JWal who picked up where he left off last year. 52 minutes and owned by less than 1%. Should average around 45 long term. Origin might be an issue. Ryan James who looks set for big minutes at prop. 74 minutes in the middle is going to produce some big scores when the missed tackles dry up. James Graham 60 minutes for 46 points. We can assume atleast 2 of Vaughan Frizell and JDB will play origin. Minutes seems to be up with Latimore in over Sele.

I brought in Milford and captained him which didn't go so well. Rest of the team pretty good though. 660 with Brown and Kikau's score to be added. In from about 21 000 week one to 2952

Man 700 is a dream this week. On 601, dropped about 1500 ranks with 3 to play. My not having the nutsack to leave the C on Murray proved the most costly. I feel like this is definitely the week of the have and have nots lol

I share my score because my gf couldn’t give two shits that my fantasy team scored well or shit.

I’ve posted a few humble brags with out analysis accompying then, because mostly I don’t understand why I’m doing well. My team has most of the highly recognised cows. And I have no real PODS.

690 with N. Brown & C. Thompson to play. I'm expecting 100 from those 2 & maybe a few extra points to hit 800. The main issue in my team are my halves so I'll be looking at getting DCE & Maloney for round 5. The problem with the halves is that most of them aren't really putting up the big consistent scores except DCE.

Well .... with all my players done, I have ....

    Captain Cam
    Thurston 19
    Mbye -1
    Nicholls 5
    Cartwright 3
    Cotric 8
    NAS 9
    Isaako 17

All 'helping' to post my worst score ever (in just my 2nd season). When Kikau subs in after the final game I will be on 498 Shocked

That's tough mate. We've all been there so just forget about this round & look forward to the next round. It's only early season so plenty of time to bounce back. Good luck bro.

After Rd 1 I was ranked somewhere in the 27000's. Currently at 2075 and banked 2 trades this week. Still have Rochow and Thompson to play.
Biggest problems are CS9, Carty and Mark Nicholls. Probably need to find another half to go with DCE with Douehi likely gone to the bench.
My biggest POD is Lichaa at 3.3% and I nearly traded him to Mbye this week.
