That (along with the game having 500 penalties and errors) explains some of his score

That being said, if you have him would you still keep him next week or trade to macca/friend (with them being your new (c))?

People going for the more depth or balance by not going with Smith or Tedesco really winning out this year.

Going to have to hold otherwise will always be chasing. Smith just goes to number 14 for me. No more captaincy

I think the best way for the message to get through from the refs is to sin bin Smith every half, in every game. Just for fun. I loved it. Laughing

If I had Smith, personally I'd be re investing the cash elsewhere.. He's on a massive down ward spiral, if he comes out of it he will need 2 weeks of very good scores to make $$ again, which gives you time to re assess. If you have heaps of dead wood to clear already, I'd consider holding him.

I've only had 5 players play so far, everyones had decent scores for me ATM Razz

Smith stayed on 21, so he didn't even get the 2 points for the forced dropout?

With how many penalties Melbourne conceeded yesterday I'm worried as a Roosters fan. We push the limit just as much as them in slightly different ways.

There is no way I will be trading Smith unless he is done for the season. Have already lost ground to those who didn't start with him. I'll have to back the best player in fantasy history to return to form. Captaincy is definitely in doubt going forward.

Cheers, didn’t know that. Makes sense, didn’t watch the game. Was it an in game injury?

Totally agree. Fantasy nostalgia is a dangerous thing, especially on a dude who is bout to turn 35

Cash shouldn't come into it on the decision to trade Smith or not. If you don't trade you don't lose money. Its also too late to avoid this week's points and price drop, so the only consideration should be future scoring.

If you think he'll get be one of the top hookers at the end of the season then there is no point selling. Find another captain and keep him in your team.

If you think his days of regular 50+ scores are done then probably time to sell.

    Considerations for his scoring

    a. Whatever injury has forced him to give up kicking. Storm are always secretive about injuries, hard to tell how serious it is
    b. Current penalty crackdown - whether it continues and/or whether the Storm adjust
    c. Whether age is catching up to him and he's just an old fart now.

He did it last week (which was why he gave up the kicking to Croft for the last few kicks)

positive - dont have anyone from melb or sharks so avoided the carnage.
negative - traded lichaa > isaako this week. im sorry everyone, it seems isaako is doomed for a sub 20 score.

a crichton still looks the goods judging from yesterdays match.
