I missed the Crichton train Sad I brought in Bodene early (Round 6) and have been fairly underwhelmed since. Do we think his keeper days are over and a sideways / upgrade to Crichton is worthwhile?

To make matters worse - I didn't pull the trigger last week, thinking I'd give BT another week to prove himself and Crichton goes large and now I can't even afford the straight swap and need to double trade to make it happen... Neutral

    Current team:

    Smith, Brailey
    Fifita, Vaughan, Kaufusi, Yates
Surgess, JDB, Whitehead, CHN, BT, Stone
    Norman, Lamb, Frawley, Jacks
    SMat, Cotric, Idris, Kelly
    RTS, Holmes, Ponga, Hayne, Abbey

Where do I find the cash? Kelly / Jacks?

I'm thinking of trading TTurbo to Hayne for cash for a half upgrade. Was always planning to switch Tturbo to Ctr but besides the 81 in round 2 his average is well below 40. Currently have other wfb of Slater, rts, ponga and suli,so will be playing Hayne in the 17 when Coote returns

Heya lads, 26 trades left and 11k itb.

    Smith, Brailey
    Fifita, Vaughan, Kaufusi, Musgrove
McG, ET, Crichton, Whithead, CHN, Yates
    Norman, Milf, Niko, Elgey
    SMat, Cotric, Kelly, Idris
    Turbo, RTS, Hayne, Suli, Abbey

Anyone see a worthwhile trade in there??

Solid team in all positions & nothing really stands out except maybe getting rid of Elgey as he's named on the bench so he'll bleed cash similar to Jacks. The only problem is your lack of cash to upgrade him & no real cash out options. Even though Brailey only scored 29 he's still probably a hold & with a b/e of 26 he should still make cash. On Elgey would you prepared to go Feeney for the cash as he's the only cheap playing option I can see. You could then upgrade Brailey to K. Pritchard if you want. I completely understand if you don't want to go anywhere near Feeney though.

Mate, that should be plenty easy with that team. I jumped about 10000 places in about 3 weeks. I was about 12000 after the first two rounds, but with the thou followed up by a 900+ in the last two weeks, it jumped me to 600 this week.
It just means the ground between you and triple digits is pretty compressed.

Wow WL... Brailey to Pritchard and Elgey to Feeney are really bad moves mate! You've got the Slats bug. lol!

Chill and keep those 2 transfers for a rainy day I say and I'm a trade whore.

Hey everyone, I popped in to introduce myself the other day. Love the forum.

    Smith Brailey
    Wallace Tolman Faufusi JWH
Hess Gillett Crichton KCapewell TPG Asiata
    CWalker Norman Jacks Field
    Talakai Aubusson Moga Idris
    Slater RTS Wighton Ponga Roberts-Davis

88k in the bank. I'm thinking Hess to Whitehead. Is Whitehead still a solid move? I probably need another 2RF. Could bring Hayne in also but still up in the air with that right now.

I've been away for five days.
Won't be able to catch up on the no doubt good advice that has been posted.

So, has there been any great trade ins discovered? Or consensus on players to trade out??
So how come Aubs Beating Heart didn't play? Will he be back next week?

Bloody Aubs In Love and Auva'a as centers cost me points.
Still managed to move up the ranks from 1400ish to 884. Got to be happy with that regardless of my shit centers.

I wouldn't advise this, hahaha, but I am probably doing Jacks to NuBrown this week to free up some cash. I am happy for the red dot that may have a chance of starting during Origin and only costs me 5k more than a bottom dweller. All things being equal he then fucks off completely again after Origin.

Maubbs was "ill" apparently so should be right to go.

I really wished Robbo had have referred to him as fully sick though.

Are Frawley owners holding him? He has been underwhelming but still played over 50 mins. Could the JRey news mean more opportunity for Frawley?

Sorry if this is an old question but what's the deal with Talakai and Jennings job security at the Bunnies?

Working on trades for byes... 5k short on going KBrom -> Brown so was thinking of going Kelly -> Jennings to help out

Only annoying thing is that it would mean I keep Merrin for "just one more week..." - could go straight Merrin -> Brown  but surely he can't go much worse right.......? Shocked
I'm hoping to keep him for a few more weeks and then trade him rnd 12
