Keep Cronk as second half and upgrade Sezer

    Ok cool got it.

    This season is a disaster.

This poor fella has so many nicknames after one game.

He looked very comfortable in first grade. I think he might dislodge Yeo down the track

Talakai > Slater and Matagi > CHN/Simpkins? (bodene or whitehead next week/week after)
    or
Smat/Siro/Dwalker > Bodene and matagi > CHN/Simpkins (slater boat sailed so whitehead next week)

This is doing my head in so please try talk me into a trade or out Smile

So Sezer downgrade would be killing off a spot?  If you got the Reserve depth another gun half puts you ahead of the pack.  But do you have Brailey?  If so you might need the cash there in a couple of weeks to upgrade Brailey.  Obviously less dangerous killing off a spot in the Halves as opposed to only having one hooker this early.

I'm not worried about Brailey just yet. Sege needs to get fit and stay uninjured for it to be an issue. Form would say Brailey gets decent time.

Slater boat has only just launched mate, if he stays healthy he will be 350k in just over a month.

Any DCE owners keeping the faith long term? I would probably swap him for Norman for 50k this week and think it is a great deal except I have holes to plug elsewhere. With trades being occupied with really bringing in Bodene, Whitehead etc over the next few weeks, I fear I am stuck with a poor choice for some time. Officially death riding Norman until then, all owners have been warned.

Fair enough; personally I see Brailey being a trade in 3 games time though, but just how I see it.

Three games is a life away. I still have 2 Newcastle players in my 17.

    This. Absolutely.

Has made my potential trade out of a gun very tricky. I saw him at the end of the game hobbling around holding his back (which he has a history of back issues), combined with his below cost scoring form - I was downgrading him to Vaughan for some extra points and cash to fund Brailey upgrades.

Getting off has made it harder to justify. Still might do it though.

    Argh.

Yep I saw James limping at the 78th minute, thought he had a leg issue, but then the final tackle when he was clutching his back and refused to take the tackle had me worried.

He played big minutes though, and considering he fought the charge, he must be right to go this week. Unless he was hoping for a 2 week vacation too, haha.

Worst case you cash out Brailey to Seggers and even bank some cash.

I don't think that is on the cards if they are sharing minutes.

Better double-check that, because Leota is FR only and Corey is SR only. Panthers play 6th, so a lot of dual position players will be locked out.

If you have Felise Kaufusi, make sure he's in your SR slot if you plan on doing this. For me, McGuire and Yates will be locked out already.

JWallace is another that won't be locked.

Paul Green has bent my team over sideways without lube

Ponga dropped and Hess back to the bench but we will start a lazy sh!tbag like Kaufusi.

    Worst case

If you go light at hooker but can pick up a couple of Whitehead Thompson and Bromwich on the cheap I'd be happy.
