Suli has shown that a 3rd cheap winger might yet be possible, and you have pook talking about Smat, gutho and Latrell Mitchell.

Balance is overrated. Tedesco is likely to beat any 2 of these 3 players on his own in most weeks.

I went with Munster over Teddy

Yeah NPR and handy backup for mine but could be a Tedesco enabler. You wouldn't be playing him thinking he can get you 50... you would be playing him for Tedescos 70

I bet Tedesco is the top trade in for round 2. I have to admit I never had him in any of my drafts as went for a more balanced squad but when a player scores 91 it makes you stand up & take notice.

I started without Smith last year and had a string of below 50 captain scores...
I decided to start with Smith this year to avoid the same fate...

Called it earlier. It's the kiwis who are taking a belting early in 2017.

    Glenn
    Bromwich
    Taylor

    who's next?

I missed the game last night but should us ET owners be worried about injury or low score or was the injury the reason for the low score?

Pretty happy with Teddy's 90 but he won't score that every week. It has however recovered my round.
For those that don't have him, why pick him up based on one score? You knew exactly how well he scores and you obviously had a reason for not picking him, why has that now changed? He'll play origin too, remember.

Also happy with Suli in my 25 and Faufusi ending up on a reasonable 40+.

Happy with Talakai, disappointed with Surgess.

Hoping for great scores from Kelly, Siro, Mcinnes at least for the rest of the round...

In that case than WL then I agree with don't tear up your squad

I didn't even realize he got 91. I think those close to having him pre season have got every reason to be looking at old iterations! On the basis he hit his 60 not because of that crazy score

The remarkable thing was he was off the deck straight away & still got a tb. When it happened I thought they would take him off for a concussion test.

This is Smith's 4th sub 50 point score since 2015. He will bounce back

I still back him to end the year with a higher average than Teddy. He averaged 50 with 4 tries in 21 games which is really low for a gun WFB. Teddy scored 14 in 17 games. Walker had 8 in 20 games. Rapana had 20 in 24 games

Teddy always carves up Souths though. He's hit at least like 70+ the last 3 times he's played them. I've got like next to no cash in the bank so can't afford him yet but he'll have a price fall soon enough

Still happy with my decision to grab Munster for Dugan even if the results didn't pay off. He was 5cm from scoring 40 points in a sloppy game. Teddy scoring big hurts but hopefully Munster can get some of those points back over the coming weeks. Very happy with my strategy of a well rounded 25. 3 nprs play for 41, 43, 52 so plenty of cash being made.

Being in the Duges train as well I would have gone to Munster as well but didn't have the cash.

Downgraded JDB to Gallen to make up the difference since I saw them on the same tier. Not looking pretty so far but lets see how JDB goes

Smith had 37 tackles (NRLstats) which was still the most in the Storm - low tackle counts all round.
