Regarding Idris, I am starting him, but I also have him partnered with Talakai. Personally though I dont have any concerns running Idris and think he should hit around 35 points comfortably if he is fit.

Leota if you had to choose I guess. He has some upside in that he had a good pre-season and any injury in the forward pack could up his minutes. I mean JFH got shit scores and minutes to start the year but fortune favoured him in the end.
Elliott on the other hand got dick all minutes last year and there's little chance he'll improve that this year. I wonder why Des carries a 4 forward bench anyway when he plays the 4th one for 10 minutes.

Bulldogs have only one prop the bench in their team list, so how does that work?

Does this mean Kasiano has some value? or Klemmer? Checked out Elliot and it seems he is to be avoided.

Does Tualau come onto the bench? and who is Frawley? not even listed.

Will Maloney be a good value purchase. Can you expect him to net you some price rises

Those of you not running Brailey who is the rookie you are going with instead? To get that 2nd 400k hooker in then you must be running a cheap guy elsewhere and do they have more scoring potential then a 50-60min hooker?

I posted last week i can see increases in Maloney now Ennis isnt around. He'll need to do more in attack and he also only avg 150 km last season, surely he can pump that up.

Mind you i dont have him in my team

Personally I think so, Maloney is a really solid player. While his scores have dropped since Townsend has been there on average. He showed last season he could still hit 60+ and 70+ games with a mixture of 40 point games in between. He is someone who has potential to make cash at some stage in the year and will net you price rises. The only problem is you would be hoping those price rises come early so you can get someone more consistent. I am a little bias as he has been in my team all pre-season (Only recently swapping him out.) I think he goes closer to a 40 point average this season and will have a few big games in there to make you cash.

What average can we expect Lamb to be hitting? If he's not getting close to 45-50 then there's no real point of having him

He is priced at 28 points, with his kicking game he could comfortably hit 35 points a game. Which is a decent bump. I am betting on him realistically hitting around a 40 point average which should be achievable. Although an incredibly small sample size he had his biggest score with Hodkinson playing. There are also rumours circulating that Hodkinson wasn't going to be doing to much kicking due to a niggling injury. He is definitely a risk if he averages around 35 points a game. However I think he gets that in base stats between his 250+km a game and an average of 20 tackles. Add to that any attacking stats and his run meters he looks solid for 40-45 points.

    Question bump for random!

What is with that bulldogs bench. It looks really weak?

I am trying to decide out of Taumalolo, Taupau, Barnett, or McGuire.
I don't like the four forwards on the bench in the Broncos while the knights also heavily rotate theirs, i am leaning towards Taupau.
    Any help?

    HOK: No issues there.

FRF: I am not sold on Wallace producing anything extra than he already has. He averaged 36 minutes last season. The person he is replacing averaged 40 minutes last season and they have Ryan James averaging 60 minutes, then you have Paasi and Peteru. I could see Peteru resting James for the 20 minutes and Paasi potentially splitting 40/40minutes with Wallace.

    2RF:
    Looks really strong.

HLF: I think you could get SJ cheaper later in the season possibly but not an issue.

    CTR:
    No problems.

WFB: I am not confident in Gutherson with Norman partnering in the halves. As more of the attacking play will run through Norman. Also starting with Suli? What are your thoughts on him?

Overall: Team is well rounded. I am not a fan of a couple picks but they aren't issues and could definitely pay off for you.

I saw his average of 38 and oddly thought that was the pricing. If he's priced at 28 that changes everything

League 51, let's face it. We don't have the likes of Bren, Archer, Pook or Welshy in our league. Way too much infighting over there. Potential they get inside each others heads and someone like Archer ends up making a bad decision. Like the time he used the 9th overall pick in a draft on Rapana.
