Gday Al . Sometimes it says a username is taken but it's not. We can change it to whatever you want. We have the technology.

Ryan James has said that Ashley Taylor will be given first crack at partnering Roberts in the halves after the Titans signed Cameron Cullen on a 6 week train and trial basis. So that's Hastings and Taylor in everyone's teams now if they weren't going to be already.

Re: 2016 NRL.com Fantasy pre-thread
So many back line bargains for this coming season.
In addition to Hurrell, Lafai, Auvaa, Gordon, Mansour, Ferguson, C-Law and Gutherson... has anyone considered Billy Slater?
-Priced just below Gordan, Mansour & Ferguson on last years avg.
-7/11 pre-origin games vs bottom 8 teams
-full pre-season under the belt
Kind of guy who could rack up attack points, make $100k then be traded for not too much extra for Tedesco, Semi or RTS for bye rounds.
And Kyle Turner. Should get a discount for playing not many games. and could play close to 80 with McQueen + Grant gone and Grevs going to panthers in 2017. Might be still DPP? Knockout risk of course, but should only be around 255k on last years pricing.
Rochow should be discounted down to around the 300k mark too.... or whatever it will be with salary cap adjustment,

I've though about Billy Slater, but he's a but like Kieran Foran in that a lot of his good work is not rewarded with fantasy points.
Basically he needs to be scoring tries to be worth it. I might end up with him if he is the best budget allows for the last few spots in my team, but not in my initial plans.

Slater would be a good POD to start with if he comes off as I dont think many people would consider him unless he is really cheap

Only way Slater doesnt play origin is if he is injured or suspended. You can take that to the bank!!!

Walters has said as much.
http://www.nrl.com/slater-still-no1-maroon-walters/tabid/10874/newsid/91298/default.aspx
Really those pre-origin games that have me considering him. Knights, Tigers, Eels, Titans x2, Warriors x 2. A lot of points on offer if he doesn't get busted.

Re: 2016 NRL.com Fantasy pre-thread
A couple of ex girlfriends..
Ryan James back to a big minute starting prop - like when he went on a tear late 2013 http://www.goldcoastbulletin.com.au/sport/nrl/ryan-james-is-set-to-shift-to-the-front-row-to-help-drive-the-gold-coast-titans-forward/story-fnj9yd9w-1227701227993
T-Rex will be cheap (260k-ish??) & could benefit from reduced interchanges.
No way i'd seroiously touch either with a barge-pole.
but just maybe....

Anyone thinking Taukeiaho for spot in your fantasy team? Should be picked ahead of Lui and get increased minutes as starting back rower? Good value?

If Starling does got to titans, along with Lawrence departing, that makes things easier for Liam Knight to get a bench spot.

Alot of interest around Tapine and Rochow. Would anyone put Sue from the Tigers in the same boat? What are the chances of him getting the locking spot? He'd be around the same price as Rochow maybe?

Think pretty highly of Sue but I just can't trust Taylor not to piss around with the pack rotation
Didn't Sue start last year flying, tigers pack was going well then Taylor starting dicking around?
Might of just been because i bought Sue in after his hot start mind...
