Would normally think the Sharks will get towelled up but the Cows have got to be behind the 8 ball with last week and in Sydney.

Both games are tough to tip IMO.

Tend to think the Cows effort last week is being made out to be more of an issue than what it is (probably due to the Ch9 commentators crapping on about it).

It is the end of the year, so fitness will be at or near peak and Green would have given them a light week also.

Having said all that, the week off for the Sharks is probably more of a factor and on that basis I'm tipping the Sharks by 8.

The other game is an entirely different story and realistically the Storm deserve their favoritism.

But there's something about Canberra this year and (despite hating the bloke as a player) I almost want to see Ricky succeed to vindicate all these years where I've backed him as a decent coach and copped shit for it accordingly.

Tend to think Canberra will either come out all guns blazing and take the game away from the Storm, who will then do their best to close the gap......or alternatively, the Storm will put on a couple of early tries and take the wind from the Raiders sails before comprehensively pummeling them.

3 names that will be in my early team drafts will be N. Brown, M. Moses & Buhrer (at hooker if he keeps his dpp & 2fr if not).

As for Foran signing don't worry the Warriors will find some way of ruining him haha. They keep signing backs when what they really need is a quality prop & 2fr.

Normally I jump straight on another QLD bandwagon (even have a Cowboys jersey - don't ask it's a long story...).

Mostly because I think a lot of people really don't want the Sharks to win, and sometimes its fun to watch other people get pissed off over trivial matters.
