The bunker needs to revert to its original intention - Examining the put down of the ball. Leave the rest to the refs. Otherwise, fuck the refs off altogether, because the are proving pointless. The bunker now go looking for a reason to overturn a decision (certain teams). It is as if they go out each week to try and justify their existence.
