Fensom is wrong on my sheet.

Basically my calculations at the moment can't distinguish missing a game completely, and playing but scoring 0.

So its treating Fensom as having missed last week altogether. I'll get it fixed up at some point, but it won't be until next week.

For everyone wanting to trade out Green before he bleeds cash, bear in mind Barrett has named the same 17 as played on Monday, as all coaches do.
There is no guarantee that Green will be named for the game. Unfortunately we won't know for sure until Monday night.
Maybe we will have some more team news before then.
I'm tipping that Leary will return to first grade this week at Greens expense.

I've sold him for Tedesco via some dpp's due to my Slater injury. I should probably wait a week but Tedesco will cost too much after this week. My main reason for selling Macca is his uncertainty of minutes.

With Matulino cleared are we still thinking Gavet is worth a trade? I could get both Gavet and BLaw for Bhana and LAM.

cow 's before gun 's. Team would be:

    Smith JNik
    Graham BLaw Evans Gavet
Merrin Surgess Cartwright Whitehead Carter Jaifiti
    DCE Hastings Taylor Walker
    Aubs Claw Auva'a Benry
Gordon Barba Mitchell Feeney Guth 372k.

Too much cash to leave on the pine?

Hey mate, if you can't see a need to spend the cash yet, then don't. Don't trade for the sake of trading.

Getting BLaw and Walker this week. Leaving me shortish on guns but cash in the tank and good cows across the board. Next week I'm upgrading 2 so-sos (moeroa and evans) to top line guns.

Matulino hasn't been cleared yet. Doesn't he have to face the judiciary tonight. I think R and T was just asking hypothetically.

Thanks mate. I think I will go Green for Scott and CG for BLaw (although I am still considering Hymel Hunt and Gavet as alternatives) - that will give me 210k cash with which I will look to use to upgrade one or two players.

Gonna look to see how Paasi goes this week, and perhaps look to shift him if he doesn't hit his BE. I also feel like I need a bit of $ in the bank to upgrade McCullough if he continues to disappoint.

Does anyone else hold McCullough? Is it too early to consider trading him?

I would just bite the bullet and hold McCullough, will be gold during origin period. Also Milford looks to have a groin complaint so Knikorima may play half. Don't trade McCullough. Don't trade guns at all.
Trades are so valuable the more into the season we go. Those able to maximum trade around origin time will make up ground bigtime. Just look to get the right cash cows with good scoring ability in for failed midrangers/cows.

Of the 34 trades we get it works out if you want to trade every round, you can go -

9 rounds with 2 trades, and 16 rounds with only 1 trade. (I know this makes 25, but we trade after round 1 not before).
So keep in mind the bye rounds where we get 3 trades. So every trade must be valued.

Also something to keep in mind especially for h2h players is that you want trades at the end of the season, guns don't only get injured before origin.

Any tips to climb the ladder? Trade early? Save trades and chase the cow's?

Current team. Needs some thoughts on possible trades.

    Peats, JNik
    Woods, Surgess, Grant, Evans
Merrin, Whitehead, Cartwright, Turner, J Saifiti, V Leului
    DCE, C Walker, Hastings, Taylor
    Aubbs, CLaw, Green, Henry
    Gordon, Barba, Mitchell, Guth, Feeney

    1. Peats > Smith, Leuluai > Blaw +172k
    2. Peats > Smith, Green > Munster +53k
    3. Leuluai > Blaw, Green > Munster +21k

I could also go Green > Scott and bring Munster in for Gordon next week, but I'm not too keen on Scott and I feel like I need more points (sitting at 9000 out so).

If I knew about how long Peats would be out for it would help. Already traded Lichaa out for Wallet last week and smith would be pick and forget.

    Thoughts?

I like option 1. Smith is set and forget, and I'm getting BLaw this week and I already got rid of Leuluai. And with 172k left you can always get Munster next week having seen how he goes for another week, and his BE (43) is the same as his 2015 avg, so even if he has a big game he shouldn't rise in price too much.

I have an opportunity to bring Fensom in this week. I know he has a high BE but he would be a set and forget.

Managed to narrow it down to:

    Gavet + Fensom +8k
    BLaw + Whitehead + 120k

    y/n?
