Well, not doing Katoa to Manu last week hurt. Gonna just have to bite the bullet and make the trade I should have made last week for about 40k more now.

Considering doing something like:

Katoa -> Manu
Loiero -> Lane
AKP -> Bula

Not sure though, could just hold Loiero and do AKP to Granville maybe.

I think that’s how I’m gonna play it with the couch. Hopefully Hook gives him a long leash. He seems to have the talent, just prone to making mistakes due to his inexperience.

Unless a proper cow comes along, I feel like trading AKP out is a bit sideways - He could bang out 50 and you'd be regretting it

Bula and Null make sense for my coverage. Null still in back row with all troops back is positive too

Could also get Drinkwater (form?) and Ponga (will screw me in R10 as I have Miller too), so leaning Null Null

Gives me back 5 of

Small sample size but Ponga seems to affect millers scores. Any ideas what’s the cause there?

Yeah fair. I think trading out AKP is fine now that he's made 146k (so more or less done his job) and his BE is up to 29. I've seen enough with scores of 0, 11, and 18 in 80 mins that I'm happy to trade him - sure he could score 50, but he could put in another score like that and tank his price. The issue as you rightly say is that there aren't exactly a lot of attractive cows to jump on. McLean or Oloapu being named would have been nice.

i think it might be one of those 'correlation is not causation' things, his lowest score this season was last week when Ponga wasn't playing.

Well I have 17 green dots but I feel it’s 16 as I don’t think Turbo plays along with Haas, Grant, Loiero, Warbrick. Like most I’ll need to triple trade.

In the words of TK considering a BDE move and these trades……

And look at Boyd to Robson in a couple of weeks.

Thoughts? Any other suggestions? I only have 35k spare team before trades is….

Would you trade Alamoti before AKP?

I can do (with 1k to spare) Turbo and AKP to Ponga and Sipley, which on the face of it looks decent.

That was my thought as well but I’m looking for an excuse to ditch him.

1k short of Warbrick to Ponga does make me a little sad
