VSDT Eliminator chat.

Yes, eliminator starts this week.
My score in VSDT last week was in the top 4% and I still lost 2 of 5 H2H's. Brutal. Just shows that nothing is guaranteed. It still sets me up well for the first week of eliminator.

Mr rnd rank last week was 18th so I got a bye rnd first the first rnd

My last round rank was 133 and it seems good enough to also get a bye first up.

The hardest rnds I find during the eliminator are the rnds after origin when your players don't back up and you run into a team without many origin stars

My team isn't a dead team, but it's dead in the water in this week's Eliminator. Can't believe I'm actually going to get schooled in R1.

I don't know where it's gone so wrong, but I'm having a really bad year in VSDT, far worse than any recent years. Kind of fitting that I get dumped from my favourite part of this format immediately...

Just had a more detailed look - I guess Pappy, Grant and Lolo in my NPR isn't helping things. He only has Grant. Elsewhere, I need to play Taaffe, M.King, Wade Graham and Kiraz this week, whereas his weakest link is maybe Tamou, Tago or Mam? He does have Hastings but I'm hoping, for the sake of my Fantasy team, that he plays this week.

Mate I've been dumped out in R1 before, can't predict injuries or a winger going off on a particular week. Still super unlucky though.

I too have been paired with a dead team. probably has enough to field 17 but they aren't selected

I have a bye this week. Feels good not having to worry about it yet.

Yeah mate, seems super unlucky, especially hearing all y'all's stories about having a bye or playing a dead team. It's almost like you all have good teams and my team is shit, or something like that. But, it obviously cannot be that.

Anyway, good luck to y'all, really hoping the winner this season emerges from this group, even though it certainly will not be I.

Yep, which is weird, since the VSDT rules clearly state that the Eliminator DOESN'T operate in Rounds 13 and 17.

I wish the bye rounds were a part of the eliminator......I always get screwed over round 18...

I got an opponent but all players showing as zero after they have played

I have an opponent but they have 7 this week so I should be ok

So frustrating. If VSDT are going ahead with this round I have to make a trade I don't want to to have a chance of wining this week. That is after already making trades that I thought were not eliminator relevant. Probably need to trade Haas to someone who scores well and than find a way to trade Hass back in
Not to meaning options for the last game of the round though.
