2020 NRL FF Eliminator

You have less trades than rounds. You've burnt 10 already this year on centers alone. It's that time of the year again that you crawl under a rock so you don't have to make excuses about your rank. So here's your one last chance of redemption for season 2020. The Eliminator is a H2H competition with the winner of each match up progressing to the next round until only 1 team remains.

How does it work ?

All teams registered in the NRLFF FOG league will be automatically included in The Eliminator. The league rankings at the end of Round 11 will be used to seed teams.  
Due to the number of teams, many will be granted a bye in the first round. The remaining will be required to compete in a qualifying round to make the final cut of 128.

Thanks to Harvey Norman's proving you can buy extra trades I was able to sell him my WAG teams trades so we could continue to afford the shiny website to manage the competition on. However I was capped at selling him 2. So as with all NRL FF tournaments the prizes are something money can't but. Bragging rights and a bi-line under your avatar !!!


So what do you have to do ???

• Visit the website & find out who your match up is https://challonge.com/klsh6s8g
  

• Sledge and bants before the round kicks off, may be even make an avatar bet
  

• Then eat humble pie or stick in to them depending on the result
  

• Next round repeat
  

Remember the winner gets the glory of 12 months of being identified as the NRL FF Eliminator champion.
Make sure you check in each week to see if you have made it through to the next round.

Yeah is that the case? Was hoping that I’d be eligible for this one since I missed the start of the season.

@Empyreal @FaringdonSwirl Using the FOG is the easiest and fairest way to seed players and why it's been used in the past. I will raise it with the Mods for their take on whether we include "late arrivals". The fairest way to include you would be to slot you in based on your overall score rather than add you to the bottom. Provide me your:

I don't want to be that guy, but I don't think the FOG ladder was updated when the seeds were made. I'm seed 34 and am ranked 38th in the FOG after R11

Hey that guy is right, these seedings are end of R10, not after R11.

I don't think it matters enough to redo.
