The site has a number of different formats so if we got smaller numbers we could run different types of eliminators. I'm keen for a FIFA World Cup style 32 team, 8 Div. into a knockout format comp.

BRING ON THE POINTY END
Players being rested, injuries, a low scoring round and having to actually pick a captain this week and not just leave the C on Haas resulted in a lot of low scores. After reminding everyone last week, the forgotten Mod @Welshy couldn't keep the dream alive but will no doubt remind the Mods who lasted the longest. The giant killer @Russ continued his march to glory setting up a tantalizing confrontation with @Boozecluez next week.
This weeks Bradbury with the lowest winning score goes to @Rippin and Tearin who with the fourth lowest score of the round somehow managed to limp through. This also gets @Nymeria an honourable mention for bad beat. Another honourable mention for bad beat goes to @SoylentGreen who went down to @DarkKnight by a measly 4 points. Fire up fellas because I know our next winner will. Taking out the quinella this week with not only the baddest beat but the biggest beat goes to @Surmo13 . Getting done by 3, 1000-1003 by @Chucky. Should also be noted the only player to score a ton and get beat.
Only 4 rounds left.

Like the NRL the top 8 has been decided. With Teddy & Cleary racking up cricket scores and plenty of 60 & 70 scores I was expecting some mammoth scores, But injuries & lack of trades are starting to bite and seeing a green dot next to a score of zero never helps (fuck you Talau).
Only 3 of the 8 games were won with a score over 1000 with most teams getting the nod with a score of about 960. The Eliminators version of the Panthers @Russ just keeps on winning. With fewer games and so many low scores we go this week without a Bradbury award, but such is the nature of the eliminator. We do however have the biggest beat which could also be a contender for the baddest. With the 3rd highest score of the round of 16 1 of only 4 to score 1000+ and the only player to score 1000+ and go home congratulations go to everyone's favourite insectivore @Aardvark
