Well this is where I'm stuck, I don't know. You could put it to vote as to who people rated the #1 winger at Raiders, but that probably wouldn't be a "big year" and is open to spite voting and such

Admittingly yes I am basing it on history. The last Raiders game I got to see last year Waqa was at fullback and Lee dropped the ball 6 times it was becoming a joke. Everytime I saw highlights not one time I saw Lee in them it was always Austin Waqa or Wighton.. If his form is that good then he obviously deserves to be there over Waqa!
