    HOK:
    Probably the best pairing possible.

FRF: After looking at J. Graham, he still will be great. But he averaged 2 points less than last year even though he was injury affected. I think guys like McGuire/Woods/G. Burgess have a better upside potential this year.

2RF: Taumalolo averaged 80 minutes last year, so his score most likely won't improve much and he isn't a Gun in that case. Jack de Belin is worth slightly more and could be an option. Otherwise cheaper guys like Whitehead/Rochow/Tapine/Taia/Paea all look to potentially be better options. Cartwright is undervalued if he can get the minutes but with the Merrin/Taylor/Peachey/Yeo all looking for minutes he may not get enough to be of value. For reference if he plays 60 minutes a game he will score 45 points on average which is 5 points more than what he is priced at. Pauli Pauli hasn't confirmed his move yet has he?

    HLF: Most common combo.

CTR: I don't like Lawrence, without tries he averaged something like 35 points a game (4 points above his price.) while playing 60+ minutes in the 2RF. If he finds more bench time, or doesn't find the try line he could score worse. I like the potential of guys like Hurrell/Lafai and my man Simona more.

WFB: Should be solid as long as Mann gets the starting job.

cheers Random. Not sold on Taumalolo yet either. Just seeing what combos I could do really. No move yet for Pauli but I feel even if he stays an eel he has some value at that price. Didn't want to go with Lafai as I have Mann and I'm not confident there are enough points in the backline for both of them and Dugan

    Any advice for the autopicker

    Elliot Farrell Mioga MCK
    Roberts S.Mata'utia O'Neill Zillman Rjennings

    $374k in the kitty

    Damn that is great.

HOK: Buhrer back from injury and priced at 41 points. He could end up playing massive minutes this year and push for a 50 point average easily. That is a solid Mid-Range cash cow and considering how cheap he is in comparison to other Hookers great option. King if he can get some minutes, any minutes really he will be solid. Particularly if they use him as they used de Gois as a tackling Lock for a stint. If he is named on TLW he is a lock in every team.

FRF: No Myles should mean a solid amount of minutes for Pettybourne, the only competition for a starting spot would be Shillington and he should win out there. If he doesn't he makes a great impact Forward and will score well. Robinson + Coates if named in TLW again will be in everyones teams. Kaufusi should nail a bench spot and be consistent in his scores throughout the year.

    2RF:
Parker + Surgess do you need more? Lovett showed he can pump out 60+ scores last year and Aubusson with that valuable DPP status should also score well.

HLF: Mullen with all the kicking will be great, Moses allowed to settle in last year will improve and Sutton to rebound of his poor scoring last year could go large.

CTR: Got to think Elliot has a good chance at a starting spot and Farrell playing outside Lafai/Dugan the tries will flow.

    WFB:
Roberts will be a beast, O'Niell back in the NRL will be awesome and I always have mad love for Zillman.

9/10 (Took one point off because I think there are better options than Parker.)

HOK: Best ever. (Note: I have the same pair and may be bias.)

FRF: Great starters and some great potential in J. Trbojevic.

2RF: Gallen is always good 8 games a year he plays. The rest will be solid pick ups. Not sure about Carters time with S. Burgess/Sutton/Clark/Grevs/Turner and G. Burgess/T. Burgess/D. Tyrell up front.

HLF: Great options, something I am looking at going for.

CTR: I hope to see Hurrell and Lafai fire up this year.

WFB: That third position is light but hopefully Copley/Gutherson can fill it. The rest is good.

Honestly I really like your team at the moment.

So what is everyone's thoughts on M. Cooper this year?

Hypothetical question if there were no Rookie priced players named in a position e.g. FRF, would you try and push to have more mid-range guys there or would you run the dead positions essentially? Would you change your decision if it was WFB/CTR?

    -Best hooker pairing available.
-Woods and JTurbo are good picks. Personally don't see the hype with Ah Mau, I think De Belin/Cooper would be the likely beneficiaries of an increase in points but I know you rate him.
-Your personal bias towards Merrin aside I think you are running a bit light here. Merrin is still questionable as a gun given the lack of security around his minutes and positioning. Rochow is a nice pick as are Carter and Henry. Tapine/Grevs/Turner all have value in them but I would prefer a bit more security and higher potential with my points from a 2nd rower in my starting side.
-Very solid halves grouping and one of the more popular ones you will see from people not going down the Nikorima route.
-Lafai is nice but you need to be wary of Hurrell. He will either see you get a leg up on the pack should he perform but picking him means you will probably wait a few weeks hoping he kicks on and you could see points be dropped while the other centre options rise in price.
-Good WFB with Mansour becoming a bit of a POD around here at the moment.

It's shaping up to be the year of the mid rangers.
