NSW won the 2005 series handsomely - their 3rd series victory in a row. What a great dynasty, might go on for ages. Can't see QLD hitting anything like that any time soon.

I think he went to the UK. Bit of a late bloomer and probably chasing a payday, as with the NRL $3.25m cap and the $3AU to $1GBP back then, a lot of players went over there at a point of their careers they wouldn't contemplate it now.

But yeah, absolute guaranteed workhorse with the old 40 involvements.

Just checked it out - he played for Castleford in 2006, but he's back in the NRL for the 2007 fantasy comp

Gallen wearing #22 and sitting in the stands?

I've got excited and chucked my team in early via PM... or perhaps I'm getting in some practice for the May 28 kickoff being confirmed, meaning we're pumping out gameweeks every day or two.

My team finally says good riddance to Brent Kite and Casey McGuire. Kite actually managed to not lose money but nor did he make any. Pure middle. McGuire seems good for a 26 as starting hooker, he is shitto.

Now my team consists of players I actually want, plus a bunch of wingers where I hope they get some tries for cash.

Ins - Gordon and Williams, you'll have to guess which ones!

Might take a punt on a POD who hates Braith Anasta!  Saw that punch the other night and scores seem on par with his price but base stats seems pretty solid par two games.  I need a Bunny in my team too.

Since you are so far in front of me I thought I might try to learn something from a better player !

You are selling Gidley (6 tries in 7 games) and getting Covell ( 1 try in 7 games). I know Gidley had a bad week and lost some money last week but he looks like a keeper to me, so his value shouldn't matter once he is in your team !

Can I get an insight into the thought process for this move ?
