Anyone got an idea for a system on how to give feedback for teams? Like something constructive so it's not just an open slather shit fight. I am all for just doing a brief write up on my team and leaving it at taht. But I know some posters want to ask questions about others.

I assume everyone here is mature enough to accept some criticism so why not make the voting public so that way people can see why they were scored the way they were.
Have everyone do as much of a write up on their team as they want in the team list thread. All you do is talk up your team, explain why it's the best etc...
In this thread you can ask questions to posters about stuff and they can reply. No arguments. No bullshit my guy is better than your guy as we all have different opinions and that is why the people we passed on are not in our team. Just basic "why did you do this?", "how will you compensate for a lack of this?".
Each poster then ranks the other sides 1-6 with 6 being the best side and attempts to give an explanation as to why. Can be relatively basic as you want but at least try and give some effort other than just I don't like Player A, B or C.
Highest cumulative score wins. Once voting is out all hell can break loose as only those who want to argue/discuss each other's seasonings need to stay in the thread. You can argue about whatever you want- including how Bren almost fucked up not picking a hooker for as long as he did

I dont think I need to say anything. My team and Coach is pretty self explanatory. All players are selected in positions they currently play in at club or international / state level.

ok then as an amendment to my last post just have it that we don't list the voting rank when we give our analysis of the other team. Write it out in pick order with the 1st team you talk about being Krumpy, the last being Random so that you don't naturally put your first place team either 1st or bottom in your write up. pm your picks to whoever is running it- Honeysett isn't it?

We are looking at giving all votes to Honeysett and then he will release everyone's votes at the same time. I think most were in agreeance with this but didn't actually check to see if everyone agreed.
