As for time limit on picks, would it be handy to have almost a safe limit between certain hours of the day where a person's time isn't used up. As much as those involved in this are pretty consistent posters I'm pretty sure we also all have jobs. As much as I like to get on here when possible sometimes work and other stuff does get in the way. If someone has an early night for whatever reason, a 12 hour time limit from them receiving their pick at 11pm isn't going to help much if they can't get on before 11 in the morning. Maybe make it so that between the hours of midnight and say 9am are not included in their time limit. If the right people are on and can make their picks then fine but don't penalize people for having a life outside of here

I think the last successful one we ran on Sportal we made it 6 hours but had an amnesty between 10 at night and 6 in the morning or similar. So the 6 hours didn't count if it started during that time. That way everyone had a fair shake before work. It wasn't exactly that but it did work very well. I will try to find it by searching Sportal. Need to find a balance between being fair and keeping it moving, and there's that bloke in Wales to think about as well...

Going to add Coach selection.  It adds strategy as to how early you use a draft pick on 1, and gives the bloke who picks Jason Taylor a leg up when it comes to voting.
