Three differing options there

Would you pass on James if it meant you could turn Cleary and Brimson into JTurbo and Farah next week.

I'd still bring someone in instead of James, Cotric and RTS the main contenders

I'd go a bit conservative this week. Only trade in keepers.
I had a look at the top 6 teams and without knowing their trades then Kint and 6th rank are probably the only ones in a better position to you this week.
I suspect having a couple of extra trades with this years format of 21 players might be important. Like Ponga and Harris last week, 2 guns go down with 4 weeks left, bingo, happy to have a couple of extra trades.

If I had Cleary, he'd be gone.

I would really like to find an alternative keeper but there doesn't seem to be any for this round. Already own Smith, McInnes, Aitken. Will be adding SJ along with cash outs Holland and Lewis

Getting James this week, almost sacrifices an decent 18th man for me as JFH will be Farah next week. Although if James goes for like a 40 odd, I'll trade him back out to Farah.

McInnes and Cotric are my other two options, but since Farah comes in next week, I think having McInnes may be overkill. Cotric is another good alternate option, but like James really needs the tries to get those massive scores.

Probably playing with fire, but I need to do something, and with only 8 players, it's going to be tight.

Might sound arrogant but unless he goes massive I might trade him out anyway to Farah so I can upgrade someone like Mann or Doueihi to Surgess that way I can keep JFH as 18th man.

If I keep James though I just realised JFH can't drop anymore than 19K or else I can't get Farah in 1 trade. Time to roll the dice I think.

Bye players lock out at the start of the last game, so if that's the case and you traded James from a player on a bye, you can reverse.

Just keep in mind if it's a player from a different position, trade from the bench and keep James on the bench or else it won't reverse.
