This sounds real dumb, but do you think Smith has been playing a bit more conservative because he wants to be right for Origin? He used to have a bunch of senior players but now it’s pretty much him, Slater, GI (who didn’t play last year) and Boyd (he’s Boyd). It’s probably because his role is a bit different at the storm this year but I makes you wonder. He’s still a master at controlling the game so it’s probably his role doesn’t neccessarily reflect in fantasy points.

Footy gods dislike Titans in this one, too bad because they were the better team for most of the game until injuries and bad luck caught up with them

gritty performance by the titans, far from convincing for the storm.

Do you think that Cam Smith might have a case to answer for the wishbone tackle on Proctor. It was Smith that was pulling the leg wasn't it?

That's about the fourth time AJ has had the ball and denied the chance to do anything with it due to infringements from the Storm. I mean Titans got a penalty each time but how does that help my fantasy team?

Fantasy aside I thought Brimson looked really good. He's just a natural & does all the basics very well.

yes it was and he does have a case to answer but he won't because he's Cam Smith, Australian and Queensland captain and head of referees

Kept the captaincy on Smith. I guess we will see tomorrow if that was a good decision.

Looks like JMK vs AJB was indeed a coin toss, 26 vs 27.

Proctor was badly injured in the groin, and the Fox commentators mentioned that the Titans were FURIOUS over the incident. So we'll see.......................
