Yeah I'd be punting GI over Thompson.

No FR/SR on your bench Mearcats, so would definitely be keen to dump a back and get Fifita in.

Katoa has played two weeks of ISP now.

Feki also has a knee problem apparently - i'm not sure if that is why he was not playing NRL (was first reported he was dropped), but he has not appeared in ISP team lists in the last two weeks.

Would love to Wolfy, my only problem with that is that it means I need to hold Kennar for CTR cover. I could go Kennar to Fifita in one but means I have to hold Inglis. Do we think he's trending upwards?

Definitely wouldn't sit on that bank with Fifita waiting. 1 month of super minutes and has a floor where he is priced at.

GI to Fifita
2nd trade is a luxury. 184k ITB. Only JMK is a real concern in your starting 17 (rest are great for now). Maybe cash Kennar in to build the bank for Thompson to Gun the following week (Edwards?). Team lists should help more with this.

CTR cover is overrated. You have two guys who you will never sit for GI or Kennar so I'd say get rid of them. Plenty of cashing out to do in the coming weeks that you can cover a short term injury with. Get the points on the field now and out of backup CTRs.

Ah, see what you are saying but theres not much difference at the moment playing Kennar or GI. Flip a coin. Id play Kennar if it meant I could get Fifita.

Edit: just realised you meant cover, bah i wouldn't worry about that too much either.

Ok, narrowed it down to an A or B choice.

A- Kennar to Fifita, hold GI who against Bris could make 15k+ more and bank one trade for the week.

Or B- Inglis to Fifta, Kennar to cash out option (TLT dependent).

Either way Fifi comes in this week.

Ill have a proper look when I get into work maw and sift through all the pages I’ve missed this weekend at a mini rugby festival with my boy

but I think there’s not much wrong with trade 1, GI showing signs, his pace still there after his 80m run and not going full hog either and gives you another week to asses him

I'm fine with the trades but would rather Thompson out over Doueihi (pending him not on the bench) as he's got more in him if he's brought back to the team and it frees up more cash to spend inside your 17. I.e. with the extra you could go Griffin to Fifita next week (or this week and bypass Dugan for one week).

I dunno if I see JMK as a season keeper mate. Not sure I'd be making that move. I'm all for Dugan (been on him since early doors) but you know the risk there right? People will bag you about it. He is a pea heart. That is all. Outside of that, he's going pretty well fantasy wise IMO and I've been happy with him.

Feel like TLT will give you a better idea on the options for the second trade but I don't know that it's worth gettin on JMK now. If he continues to score 57 then I'll be proven wrong about that call but I think he's more likely to revert to his avg +5 max.

Really debating between Fifita and Matterson for Rochow. I know everyone is going for Fifita but Matterson looks great to me. Can cover my halves if needed and 65 tackles on the weekend is scarily impressive. Are there any reason for Matterson not to be playing 80 minutes long term?

Yeah Dugan last 3 game average is 53 so he's in form. Even considering him has me uneasy haha.

Friend will be ruled out wont he as it hasn't been 7 days...?
