Widdop was the ultimate chasing the points play mate, too much game share to become eliteMilfordTheMagician wrote:I hate fantasy sometimes.
Two seasons in a row now Widdop is burning me.
Last season I started with him and he was rubbish, so I Traded to Norman after round 3.
This season I don't start with him, averages 64 in his first 3 games, then I bring him in and he gets 1 LBA in 2 games.
Watching the game tonight I can already tell it's a horrible call to get him. Hunt does so much more in attack than Widdop does. Way more kick metres, sets up more attacking plays, just everything. I got
sucked in again from his great start to the season and good fixtures starting last week.
I already wish I never got him.

Wouldn't mind a late scratching. Take Cook's VC and Havili's AE.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2018 Thread Part 26
Reynolds fucked Souths tonight. His kicking game was average, he is a human target and all their attack is down his side. Once again, another HIA. I love what he did in 2013 and 2014, but he is so slow now, doesn’t take on the line....always passes before it. Look at what happened when Douehie came on. Speed off the mark, bending the line, quick play the balls. The entire dynamic changed. As you all know, I’m a Souths tragic and I love Reyno, but please, surely some other club needs a slow, great kicking halfback who gets trampled and plays on the wing most of the game. He went from the best defensive half in the game, to the worst. That’s the NRL. Teams are very good at targeting weaknesses. It’s Douehie’s time now. If nothing else, put Walker at the back and give Reyno and Douehie a run in the halves. Might take some pressure of Reyno, sharing the kicking and having a real playmaker who chimes in both sides of the ruck. Anyway, I’m devo and my fantasy team is going shit again. My centres are absolutely fucked. Inglis might come good, but Aubbs can fuck right off. Cunt he is.

I was hoping for a relatively quiet game from Fifita in preparation for bringing him in next week, but no.
At least he's got a high be so he should not go up too much

I get that but he had 1 try, 9 try assists and 6-7 LBA in the first 3 games, then he gets 1 LBA in the next two games which they both won. Watching him tonight it just seems like he's taken a backseat now, clearly that wasn't the case in the first 3 weeks. He did absolutely nothing tonight.

Any chance you can easily turn Aubbs into Cotric if the fullback rumours are true? Might be what you need mate.
I know Souths already had momentum when Douehie came on but they did look much better with him on the field. If me some idiot can see that surely Seiblod can see it

5/249 without havili's score. 6/297 with Havili. No C yet, Jurbo captain.

That's the point mate no way he could sustain that? His price skyrocketed, you got him for the inevitable downfallMilfordTheMagician wrote:

If you had him last year when he started shit you would of known his early season start this year was not the norm and he would revert back

Yeah you've done well! I was tossing up whether to put the captaincy on Fifita or Cook all day yesterday. Ended with Cook but was really disappointed when I saw fifis score.. Didn't end up having too much to worry about haha
