    So tough this week

    Thinking at the moment:

    • I'm not going near Maloney
    • Keeping Smith
    • Turning Brown into a gun half to partner DCE. Can stretch to SJ if he is fit or go with Koroisau

If he is a straight swap in the line-up for Dale Finucane who is averaging 57 minutes I think Brandon Smith can just as easily get 35 just off his tackling, plus with his tenacity he will get 1 or 2 TB's and a bunch of MG he is bound to average 40-45. Plus he knows how to find the try line. If he is named I will definitely be picking him up.

I'm thinking of making a sneaky shot at BSmith in my draft for Cartwright. Preemptive I know but could be a great pickup

Why would BSmith come in when Stimson there and Faufusi back soon?

On Maloney aren't his penalties conceded so high last year & before due to the way the Sharks played. It seemed a tactic when defending their line to concede a lot of penalties & Maloney always rushed up on the outside.

    Smith out - DCE in
    Havili out - Maloney in.

They are thinking as potential lock replacement for Finucane. some of those players are really edge players and not in direct competition for lock

That BE on Lane puts him on the wait and see list for me.

ARey back, sheeeet.... Doughei and Cartwright are my halves, $200k ITB. Might be a brand new halves pairing for me. Probably Maloney and maybe a more solid player. Don't have any faith in Croker becoming a 30+ guy ATM.

Plenty of guys who could come good in my price range, Morgan, Ash Taylor, Moses, Niko, Moylan, Croft, W Smith & Lamb.. All going crap ATM.

The only players I can justify selling this week are Havili or Croker with 118k itb. Croker plays 13 so may as well hold. I would like an FRF with decent score/$$ rise potential or could take a risk on Maloney but not sure he'll make enough to justify 2 trades

Moses showed a couple of nice glimpses at the end yesterday, scored 35, you think if the Eels can turn it around his scores will increase. He's one I'm actually looking at, but will probably go Maloney.

What to do with Smith is a real conundrum.

Kaufusi is back this week and Stimmo isn't a lock. Stimmo would most likely drop to bench. Just reports saying BMith is touted to replace Finucane

I’m top 100 too. Just didn’t join the league this year cause I wasn’t sure I’d have to time to commit.

    Smith
    Lodge, Arrow
    Murray, Brown, RFM
    Douehi, JMK
    Inglis, Dugan
    Dufty, Tedesco, Ponga

    Cook, Griffin, CThompson, Kikau

    What to do?
Need to trade Carty to a half is probably my priority.

    Thoughts?

    Murray or Ponga for me.

Johnson's hamstring is still a bit of an unknown.

Already thought about CS9 alternative and Ponga with low score of 45 at home to Broncos is very tempting
